Full Stack C#/.Net Software Developer Immersive

Might not be for someone that needs to be hand in hand with instructor.  I'm more of that individual but I stuck through it with the help from all the instructors, students and mentors.  The mentors do give you that one on one time you might need just need, so take advantage of it.  School allows for a lot of self growth and instruction with feedback and direction from instructors.  I chose Claim because of the Veteran approved programs they work with such as Vet Tec.  This school has definitely been a blessing towards a huge change in my life and journey.  Looking forward on what else Claim will have to offer in the future now that I have graduated and we have entered the employment phase.  I'll be back to update my review of the employment news when it comes up, so stay tuned.  

12 Week C#.Net Full-Stack Software Developer Bootcamp.

I learned a lot during the time I attended Claim Academy. I do hope they continue to only get better. .

I completed the Full Stack C#  Developer program and loved it. I came in with no knowledge of programing  my instructor did a great job at bringing me and others with no knowledge or some up to build a full functioning application.It’s definitely a program that requires self-motivation and discipline to get the most out of it but the staff is there to assist you in that journey.

I had no regrets choosing Claim Academy, my over all experience was challenging and rewarding. Their instructors were very good at what they do, I started this course from having little to no experience at all to being able to create a web application. All the staff were very nice and very helpful and will provide you with resources to help you with your project and finding a job as well as your soft skills.

We've all heard of the saying Rome was not built in a day. I firmly believe that Claim Academy has brought this vision to life within myself and numerous other graduates. From Day 1 the course was challenging and intense, from the early start in the morning to the late nights reading and immersing myself in C#. Class was usually done after a few small coding challenges in the morning, with lectures and hands on coding challenges with instructors in the afternoons, followed by studying for a few hours each evening after leaving the Academy.I was very fortunate to find myself accepted and a part of this awesome career path in the guiding hands of Ola and his staff. Each person at Claim brought their own brand of expertise and initiative to my learning experience and I was truly able to bring my dreams to life thanks to both their and my own hard work.If you have any desire to change careers into software development, Claim Academy was an amazing resource and continue to provide me and others with daily job offers, networking opportunities, and career spotlights from a large group of employers.I highly recommend Claim Academy, and I would gladly say they helped my dreams become reality.

It's a very fact paced curriculum and is split up into different blocks. The first part of the day is going over exercises and reviewing the previous day's lecture. The day is capped off with the lecture. Throughout the course employers and alumni come by to give presentations, to help network. Near the middle of the course they teach soft skills and resume building, along with mock interviews. Best of all they take the GI Bill, so as a veteran it didn't cost me anything to attend.

What makes Claim Academy unique is what they do for us on the back-end, job searching and inviting companies to talk to us. Claim academy helped me achieve full stack development of the C#/.Net language. The teachers here are very skilled on what they were educating us on and were always available if we needed any help, the education that you will receive here is value. Claim Academy helped me immensely in my transition to a new carreer, from an aircraft mechanic in the Navy to a full stack C#/.Net developer. The course itself was tough in the begining forsure, but with patients, hardwork and with the help from great instructors like Praneeth Medari and Eric Ray, they made it easier for me to understand. They also helped with the preparation for interviews and resume writing, which boosted my confidence when i went to job interviews. Matthew Hook(Director of Operations) provided great assistace with my GI bill and BAH and made sure i was taken care as a vateran which i really appreciated. Over all loved the experience.

I studied the C#/.NET program and without hesitation I applaud the instructors for their knowledge on the subject matter and their overwhelming patience. Claim Academy structures the course to include hands-on lectures combined with labs which culminates in the Capstone project - a complete built from scratch web application that embodies all technologies learned in the previous 12 weeks of education.

The best option to learn computer programming and software development in St. Louis. The quality of instruction is amazing, and the hands-on experience is the best way to learn.The instructors and staff are incredibly helpful and insightful, and truly want you to succeed.

I had the opportunity to attend Claim Academy for Full Stack C# .NET 3/2019 - 5/2019. It is full time M-F 45 hours a week for 12 weeks. You will learn a lot if you put in the effort. I was initially hesitant to attend, but I am glad I did. I quit my stable social work career to do this. Praneeth was a great instructor and Eric helped a lot the last few weeks. I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer in my 10th week to start my new career. The Claim staff are really invested in helping you land a job. Beyond learning technical skills, they will help with soft skills. There was ample opportunity for mock interviews and mock presentations. Can you learn this stuff on your own? Sure, but it would probably be tougher and take longer. Claim provides an environment of structure and support that you can't get elsewhere.

Claim has provided me with the convidence and knowledge to begin my career as a software developer.  If you want to change your career and change your life I recommend Claim Academy. 

The Staff and Instructors are great, they are always available if you need help.

I was already in possession of an Associate of Applied Science degree in Software Development, which certainly put me at an advantage.  However, Claim Academy provided me the opportunity to expand my skillset, introducing me to several new technologies I hadn't worked with before.  I also was provided one-on-one instruction which I did not have previously when I was pursuing the aforementioned AAS degree.  Even more importantly, I have been given more direction in the path towards finding employment.  I was beginning to think I would need to go back to college for another two years to obtain an Bachelor's degree in IT, but doing Claim Academy has given me a leg up in only 12-weeks.

The staff at Claim gives you all the information you need to succeed in the course, but you have to be ready to put in a lot of work yourself to get the most out of your time. Given that the course is only 12 weeks, it's not possible for the staff to comprehensively cover every topic. You still get a lot out of the lectures, and there's always someone to help if you're stuck on something. They also make sure you're prepared to speak with potential employers, and that you have everything you need to give you the best chance of getting an interview.

I spent the fall of 2018 at Claim Academy in St Louis and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They push you to work through problems on your own instead of holding your hand the whole way. The classes are small and there is a lot one on one time available. If you are looking to jump-start a development career this is a great start! it is a lot of work but its worth it. Good luck!
