Claim Academy is a top notch coding boot-camp.  The instructors are second to none and they provide a vigorous curriculum that will have you coding quickly. The support staff helps with your resume, job placement, and soft skill development and are always there for you. You'll be amazed at how much you learn in a short time-span. Working with Ola, Travis, Sahara, Praneeth, Nicole and Eric has been a life changing experience so if you're thinking about making a career change into coding, this is the place to go.

Its a ok place to work...train you very well....just dont be late. The tardy policy is murder and unfortunately was the death of me there.I saw a flyer for Claim Academy during my decision of if I wanted to go back to school or not. I talked to some of the staff before attending & I knew within minutes that this was the right path to go down. The teachers there were very skilled on what they were educating us on and was always if we needed any help. The lessons aren’t straightforward but it it’s not so complicated that you can't finish them. It’s a lot of hard work that might end in some late nights but the education that you will receive is value

I have been out of the Information Technology field for two years. Working in the IT field is my passion and I needed way to get back into the field. I heard about Claim Academy offering class to learn to code in just 3 months. So I schedule a visit and meet with Travis and we talked about the school in more detail. I like what I heard and saw so I decide to attend the next class. The things I like most was that Claim Academy helps with job placement and Employers come out to talk about the jobs their company have to offer and what they are looking for in an potential employee. Learning to coding was very fun and challenging. The instructors are all very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to making sure you understand. The other staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable and provide good feedback on resume and tips on presentations. If you are interested in learning to code and get into the IT field, I would recommend you go to Claim Academy.

Claim Academy is a great place to learn coding. I took the C# course without any coding experience at all and now after only 3 months I'm looking for jobs and internships as a certified developer. The teachers are great and have a good sense of humor, and they have a great workspace with a kitchen and couches. The only problem I had was that they teach mostly coding itself, and not much theory or computer science, and since i had no background in coding or comp sci I struggled with the material for a while at first, so be mindful that this is explicitly a coding school and not a computer science school. But it is a great one at that.

Claim Academy provided a great opportunity for me to begin my career in software development.  Twelve weeks ago I only knew some basic HTML, and now I am a full stack C#/.NET developer.  During my enrollment I was able to hone both technical and soft skills that are essential for the job market.  I recommend Claim Academy to anyone willing to dedicate twelve weeks to learning both front and back-end development.  If you are interested in beginning a career as a software developer, do yourself a favor and check them out.  I'm glad I did. 

 I have learned way more then what I knew when I first came. I have learned to set up a database and learned how to use MVC with it!
The Staff there worked with me one on one everyday until I understood what they where talking about. I love how they explain the work to me in
a way that I could do it!

I have received many phone calls and emails from recruiters setting me up for interviews. I can't wait for where this experience is going to lead me.
I have had mock interviews and I had a chance to present my project in front of employers, that was created when I attended the class.  I learned how
to create a Capstone Project.

If I had the funding I would attend the Java Class, but I am already good with what I have already learned.

I became a .net C#  sofware devoloper in Claim Academy in only 3 months.  I got a really good experience with good teachers  where they spend a lot of time with you making sure that you undertand . Claim Academy has a network of companies that employee its graduates. I really recommend C Academy.

Had a good experience with Claim Academy. Was not easy but the payoff will be worth it.

Claim Academy was an excellent learning experience. We all had different backgrounds and experience levels, and the curriculum and the instructors adapted to handle that variety so that we all learned from the course. The instructors were both knowledgeable and approachable.

It's a bit early to fully evaluate the job assistance, but that has been excellent so far. We have been provided interview coaching and excellent resume instruction and review. Our career coach does not specialize in technology jobs, but the other instructors are happy to fill in any gaps.

The few things that detracted from the experience are either issues that already have resolutions for future courses (for example, new financial aid opportunities will reduce the likelihood that courses will be delayed), or things that will improve as time and resources allow.

Overall, Claim Academy was a good experience, and I'm glad I attended.

I learned so much during my time at Claim.  I was provided with all the training needed in order for me to transition to a career in software development.  It was truly a life changing experience.

I was a member of the first .NET cohort, so it's possible things are different now than they were when I was there. Overall, this was a good experience for me. I was not happy with my current job and really wanted a change, and this opportunity came up, so I went for it, since software development was something I'd always been interested in.

We had three teachers that were excellent and one who just wasn't particularly well-suited to teaching, but he ended up parting ways after not real long anyway. The curriculum was a little scattered, but I also allow that this is kind of an impossible field to cram into three months. I think they really did their best and it's certainly no fault of the teachers.

The process for placing graduates is I believe different now than it was when I was there, but when I was there the process needed work. I don't believe doing this course is 100% guaranteed to land anyone a job, but what I did here definitely helped me get my current position. I still had to do a lot on my own to find a job--Claim did help as much as they could but when I was there it seemed like they were still working on establishing the proper contacts.

For anyone considering this, it's a lot of work and you have to be really self-motivated. Consider the monetary cost and definitely also explore other options, and realize what you'll be getting into. This course isn't perfect but it's a good option if you're certain that a coding bootcamp is the way you want to go and you want to stay in the St. Louis area.
