Data Science for All / Colombia

It is one of the greatest experiences in my life. It truly helps me to find my pathway to become a better consultant and to get my master's education. The tools learned in the course are Python, DASH, SQL, AWS, Digital Ocean, and Docker. Also, It gives a great context in data analytics applied to a real-world challenge. I highly recommend taking the course if you have the oportunitty.

When you're passionate to learn and you like to try and experiment new knowledge every day, you need to be careful to select the best option for you including the instructors (if there is someone), the curriculum, how prestigious is the institution or author that support your course or book or even the blog your looking for and then you find a great opportunity, one that you can reject because you find a complete set o features which is very strange and amazing.I'm talking about correlation one's data science for all program; it was the best course I could find about data science, and for me, a person who never before had learned anything about the data science stack, it was the best chance to enter to a brand new world to me, and enter in the best way possible: with the bests. I mean, the were the best not only for their experiences or curriculums but because of their human qualities, their proved knowledge of every single topic that was planted on the course and their ability to attend all participants with effectiveness and efficiency.Besides, to learn fundamentals of data science from scratch is not exactly the easiest thing in the world but with this course it seems to, and I think I'm a new fan about data science and the possibilities you can achieve with all this set of tools in your background.

I took a couple of courses un python for analytics, but CO's DS4A gave me the actual tools to successfully enroll in a data analytics/science position. After completion of the program I was offered a position as Data Analyst at an Industrial Analytics firm focused on AI solutions for O&G and energy companies. All concepts and tools covered in CO's DS4A have come to be relevant in my new roll.

The training experience at DS4A Colombia has been one of the most enriching I have had in my life; highly trained teachers with great passion for teaching, demanding but with a great sense of humor. They were three months of great challenges, resorting to creativity and research, led by excellent guides like Natesh and his TA team. Best of all, it was all very fun and motivating. Great experience, it was my first course in data science and it was quite enrichment. 

Well, to talk about my experience in the course I am going to divide it into two parts: during the course and after this. During the course it was an enriching and demanding experience in the face of the times, topics, and projects proposed by the tutors, thus complying not only with the curriculum but also with my expectations of the course. The management of the classes and the environment implemented in them to make them enjoyable was spectacular since the different topics were explained in a very simple way, in addition to using the challenges to promote learning and healthy competition.Now I will talk about the impact that the course has had on my professional life: First, I push myself to continue studying AI in different courses and books to build my skills as a data scientist, the second is that the course provides me solid foundations to contribute with solutions in multiple aspects of my work environment, making more visible my role in the institution that I work. It only remains to thank the Correlation ONE team for showing me a new world of possibilities.

It was my first course in Data Science. DS4A was an important opportunity for MINTIC in the training of Colombian citizens in Data Science, in order to promote this knowledge in the organizations where we work. With this program you have fundamentals and generalities in Data Science, since it covers most of the important topics in an intensive program.  In all classes, Professor Natesh Pillai presents real cases that allow you to understand the basic concepts in a practical way and deepen the doubts that arise in the teaching process. During the course, we were able to develop multiple bootcamps led by teaching assistants with extensive knowledge in each of the proposed topics. At the end of the course, in groups we carried out a project to solve real problems of companies that shared their data, with the support of the training received.With the completion of this course, I was able to take my knowledge in the area in which I work to another level.

It was the best experience, excellent methodologies, with sufficient theoretical depth, excellent practices and use cases. It was an awesome experience. It was my first contact with Data Science.The instructors were great (Nathesh rules!) and the content covered a lot of interesting topics.The applied final project allowed us to tackle real life problems and we learnt a lot.

This experience helped me a lot in becoming an Analytics Manager, Natesh is such a great professor.

DS4A December 2020 went by real fast. The topics went from basic programming notions to advanced statistics. Nevertheless, time was short and the academic load, even though manageable, becomes exigent as weeks go by. I congratulate the whole team for the enthusiasm, great spirit and motivational personallity. I'm greatfull i got to know more depply this world.

This course was an awesome opportunity to enhance my skills in data analysis. The opportunity to learn how to use different tools with the best teachers and with the aim of getting the best possible information from data in different scenarios and thinking of creative solutions for real problems from these was great for me. The course challenged me to learn things, face unknown areas, and the support of the Correlation One team was fundamental. I really appreciate your teaching and hope to see you again soon.
