I started learning data analytics at Turing College in July 2024, and it's been an amazing learning journey. Everything about this course was smart: the way they made the learning material, the follow-up, the process, the projects, and the human interaction with other students and evaluators, because unlike other self-paced courses, I was able to get support from other students and encourage each other to conitne learning and finish the course.

This is a very serious course which (although it allows quite a good flexibility of study time) is very demanding and rigorous about our commitment to them. This goes on a positive outcome (if you trust the process) because you will actually learn and you will actually have help when you need. You get what you paid for: no matter if you paid money,  commitment to your time (or both). You will pay and you will get in return far more than you invested. 

I got enrolled on Turing college, the prestigious Edtech platform dominating the EU market as a Digital Explorers 24 participants. Here are my honest reviews:Not reinventing the wheel: In building software solutions and beyond, it is common to say if someone has solved a problem, why do it again? From my experience as a self-thought-growing data professional, I have learned from a lot of platforms, most of which prefer to build their unique learning materials. Also, as a community leader, it’s common knowledge that learning resources are freely available on the internet, giving you lay your hands on the best in a short time. We are often lost searching for materials that work, and reaching out to senior colleagues for recommendations does the trick.Access to industry Mentors:My first-hand experience with learning gives me the opinion that you get the best learning experience when you have a direct mentor(s). I mean you have a person(s) that gives you tasks, allows you to put your thoughts together for the solutions, and eventually reviews what you have done for corrections. In most MOOCs, this feature is absent or not well executed and we often annex the power of grassroots tech communities to find senior colleagues who can review our work, and finding that senior colleague who is interested in your growth is not common. Turing College gives you access to Senior Team Leads (STL) – professionals in their fields with > 5 years of experience, allows Junior Team Leads (JTL), and peers to do these reviews for some modules, incorporating the community mindset in all of us.Weekly Standups as a communityIn a normal work environment, it’s common to do daily, weekly, and biweekly standups depending on your company culture. In Turing College, there are 3 options of weekly standups you can join to bond with fellow learners, a JTL and STL. I see these standups more as a community because you get the chance to hear how others are progressing, solve pressing problems, and discuss random industry trends. Also, there are open sessions separated by tech data stacks where learners can join randomly to solve the bugs they have with STL.All through my learning experience at Turing College, I enjoyed every moment and wish I could learn there forever. There is this “Yes! I know this” moment you get after completing a module. My favorite module is the “Main Analysis Types”; learning and solving problems on concepts like  - Retention, Cohorts, and Churn - Funnels Analysis - Customer Segmentation and RFM - Customer Lifetime Value: comparing the Shopify approach to cohorts was fun 

My Data Analytics studies at Turing College equipped me with the necessary skills for a career transition into the data world. I was impressed with the high quality of the study materials, instructors, and system. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone transitioning careers. However, be aware that your own effort - both in studying and job searching - is crucial for success.

A Transformative Learning Experience at Turing CollegeI had an amazing experience during my 6-month Data Analytics program at Turing College. My journey through the Data Analytics course at Turing College has been nothing short of exceptional. Their unique, project-based learning model made all the difference, allowing me to work with real-world data and derive actionable business insights. This hands-on approach ensured that everything I learned was directly applicable to real-world scenarios.The self-paced learning structure was another major advantage. It gave me the flexibility to spend extra time on complex topics like Advanced SQL, ensuring a deeper understanding rather than just skimming through concepts.A key highlight was the peer-to-peer learning experience. Reviewing projects from my fellow students exposed me to different perspectives and techniques, significantly enriching my learning.What stood out the most, however, was the mentorship from Junior Team Leads (JTLs) and Senior Team Leads (STLs). Their continuous support, whether through stand-ups or Discord Classrooms, made a huge impact. They regularly checked in, guided us through challenges, and ensured we stayed on track.Turing College has truly set a high standard for data analytics education. The combination of practical projects, flexibility, collaboration, and expert mentorship makes it an outstanding learning experience!

From the beginning it was great attention to details very good communication. The material was very well balanced and you can get mediate help if needed. The learning process is wonderful as all the STL and Peers are always willing to guide you to the correct way.

Turing College has been an amazing experience for me. Learning here feels so different, its actually addictive in the best way. The way the entire program is curated is super innovative and the support from the community of mentors, fellow peers and the staff is just incredible. I am glad I found this place, coming from an innovation school I find myself talking about Turing in almost every conversation with fellow innovators, its that impactful.

When I buy something—whether it’s a material item, a movie, or a book—I always check the reviews. So, I want to write a detailed review to help people like me. This is my third week here at Turing, and I’m really impressed. The program is very well organized, even for those with no prior experience or background in data. All learning materials are carefully selected from various sources such as YouTube, learning platforms, and magazines. Each resource is chosen thoughtfully and with great attention to quality.Additionally, there are many optional studies and readings, which I love, as they allow me to dive deeper into the subject and understand its philosophy and essence. I’ve taken courses on different platforms before, but on those platforms, you’re completely on your own. At Turing, you sit at your desk, open your computer, and connect to the study room—where you’re surrounded by fellow learners, peers, and junior/senior team leaders. If you struggle with something, you can simply ask in the chat, tag your STL, or join discussion tables. You can also attend open sessions related to your topic, where an expert is available to answer your questions. Everyone is incredibly helpful—open-minded, international professionals and learners who create a great learning environment.Weekly standup meetings and project reviews have also been incredibly valuable to me. I’ve received insightful feedback that I will keep in mind for future projects. This experience has gone beyond my expectations. I feel very lucky to be a learner at Turing College, and I highly recommend it.

I joined Turing College to transition my career into Data Analytics, and I can confidently say that this experience has exceeded my expectations. From day one, the learning approach felt different: hands-on, structured, and truly job-oriented. On the surface, the Turing College program is an online learning platform where you get to learn from well curated courses.But beyond that, I would say the top highlight is the project reviews with Senior Team Leads (STLs) as they give insights on how your project/work can be better valued/improved based on their industry experience which is usually exceptional.This is one of many reasons I would recommend Turing College to you.

Turing College's learning model is unique, ensures immediate application of skills gained and feedback on projects from fellow learners and seasoned experts. It has a well curated a column comprising both technical skills and soft skills. Undoubtedly, my best learning experience online. 

The delivering of the course was quite different from the several that I had done earlier in that encourage peer learning through peer review which was quite handy, you were able to learn from your peers, get to know their progress and learn a thing or two on how to improve your learning.

Every lesson culminated in an industry-level project, and I completed 14 of them, ranging from Churn, Retention, and Cohort Analysis to Customer Segmentation (RFM), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Funnel Analysis, and A/B Testing. The rigorous review process, involving peer and team lead evaluations, ensured my work met high standards and solidified my learning.✅ Enhanced Presentation & Communication SkillsAnother standout feature was the focus on presenting findings effectively. I had 27 project reviews (from peers, junior team leads, and senior team leads), which significantly boosted my ability to communicate insights confidently to various stakeholders. By the end of the program, I could create appealing visuals and present with clarity and impact.✅ Accountability & PunctualityThis accountability system set up by Turing College in the form of stand-up helped to develop my accountability and punctuality, reinforcing my discipline and commitment to learning, even during tough times.In summary, Turing College didn’t just equip me with technical expertise—it also honed my soft skills, perseverance, and industry readiness. If you’re looking for a program that truly transforms you into a well-rounded data professional, I can’t recommend Turing College enough!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Turing College and the experience it provided. The knowledge I gained during the courses has been invaluable and I actively use what I've learned in my current job. I've joined Data Analytics course to help myself up skill into data analytics. I would recommend Turing College by all means! Thanks to the materials and support that Turing College provides, I was able to dive deep into data analytics, learn programming and BI skills as well as sharpen my critical thinking. Although it was a challenging journey for me personally, I am more than happy that I've chosen to take this route. Additionally, Turing College also provided help to prepare for job interviews which I found not only helpful, it also boosted my confidence!

It was a pleasure to study at Turing. The courses were in depth, and I could always receive a helping hand or a motivation boost when needed. The feedback I received was always informative, and the staff were proactive.

My experience at Turing College so far has been a great one. They have met every single expectation I had and they actually walk their talk.
At Turing College, you learn real-work/industry skills. There are some skills that I have now eg, SQL, Tableau, etc. that I learned from my studies at Turing college. 
There are always professionals to support you along the way. My personal favourite is the Open Sessions, where you can hop on a meeting and ask for help on projects or anything you do not understand while studying.
Also, it doesn’t matter if you work full-time or not, the program is very flexible and it caters for your needs no matter how busy your schedule may be.
I would say it is definitely worth the money.
