Springboard provided a structured and purpose-driven curriculum that allowed me to earn a Data Analytics certification while progressing at an efficient pace. I had a positive experience with the program and would definitely recommend it to any who are curious.

A lot handle while you're already working but worth it. You could learn a lot of the curriculum on Datacamp, but if you're looking for the structure it's a great place to start. I've also had pretty good experiences with the team working there, so I'd even recommend on a customer service level. All around, good program.

This program was hard; but so worth doing. It has increased my skillset, and I feel confident I will land an excellent job. The support Springboard provides helps students be successful. The rigorous curriculum and hands-on experience not only challenged me to grow but also equipped me with the practical tools needed in today’s biomedical informatics field. I truly appreciate the mentorship and guidance I received throughout the program, which made a significant difference in my professional development.

 Springboard's Data Analytics Career Track offers a well-designed, career-focused curriculum that emphasizes real-world projects and portfolio building. The 1:1 mentorship is a standout feature, offering personalized support and helping you stay motivated and on track. The added job guarantee provides extra confidence for those committed to making a career transition. 

I enrolled in this program in 2020 based on their heavy marketing of a “job guarantee” and a claimed 99% placement rate. Like many others, I trusted those promises — enough that I even convinced my mother to help pay for the tuition. I worked through the coursework, completed my projects, and actively applied for jobs.
When a job offer I received was rescinded, the program’s career support proved ineffective. My assigned career coach offered little practical help, and I later found that multiple other students had similar complaints. Eventually, my applications slowed because the market had shifted, but I still expected the “guarantee” to mean what any reasonable person would think it means: If you can’t get me into a job, you refund my tuition.
Instead, they tried to offer a fraction of what I paid — at first misrepresenting the math (calling $1,100 “25%” of tuition when it was really 20%), and only correcting it after I pointed it out. When I pressed for the full refund I believe I’m owed, I was met with PR-style responses, LinkedIn blocking from staff, and an unwillingness to acknowledge their own marketing implied far more than they delivered.
This entire experience has left me financially strained, emotionally drained, and with zero results in the career I trained for. I’ve since connected with other former students who feel misled or abandoned by the program after paying thousands.
If you’re considering this course, know that their “job guarantee” is not what you think it is. Read every word of their terms (which they will lean on to deny refunds) and don’t expect meaningful accountability if things go wrong. There are other learning options that don’t involve misleading promises or playing games with people’s livelihoods.

Joining this Data Analyst Bootcamp was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. The curriculum was both challenging and well-organized, providing a solid foundation in key tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau, along with important concepts in statistics and data storytelling.  What really made the experience stand out, though, was the support system My mentor was exceptional — not only technically skilled but also genuinely invested in my growth.  The career coach was amazing too. Her guidance on resumes, mock interviews, and job searching was incredibly valuable. I felt much more prepared and confident thanks to their advice and insights. 

I started off without any knowledge in Data Analytics and extremely basic coding experience. I basically knew to output 'Hello World' and make basic arithmetic calculations. I have evolved a lot and Springboard made it possible. The flow was adaptable, the mentorship program was great and one of the best selling points for Springboard. Highly recommend it to anyone starting out afresh.

Self-Discipline Required: You need strong time management skills to stay on schedule without daily deadlines.

Job Guarantee Conditions: The job guarantee has strict eligibility requirements and doesn’t apply to every situation.
Overall, Springboard gave me a solid foundation in data analytics and helped me build both technical skills and confidence. While the path hasn’t been easy, I now feel prepared to pursue opportunities and grow in the field.

My first mentor joined the calls late every single time, missed calls without any notification, rude and usually takes a week + to respond to emails. I seriously question how someone like him can even be considered a "mentor." Springboards mentor system is a gamble, either you get someone supportive or someone who just doesn't care. Curriculum was okay, however there are too many articles that are just “filler” and didnt really serve a purpose in learning data analytics. My biggest issue is with this so called mentor program. Springboard promotes this and uses it to stand out, but from my experience and others.. the mentor system is bad and it shouldn't be a gamble on who gets good mentors and bad ones. 

Course content needs reviewing, it was not very helpful for a newbie to this industry like me. I still have a lot to learn now that I have graduated and am looking in this field for a job. Career coaches are not that great. I would’ve loved some live lessons by experienced instructors who are subject matter experts in this area. 

The bootcamp offers an excellent, practical curriculum that helps me build a comprehensive knowledge base. Whenever I have questions or need clarification, they provide timely support through a 24-hour discussion platform, on-demand mentor calls, and other resources. Additionally, I have a dedicated mentor who supports me throughout the journey. We meet weekly via Zoom to discuss progress and address any challenges. The program also includes mock interviews, capstone projects, and numerous assignments that guide me toward my goals.Overall, it’s an outstanding bootcamp that I highly recommend to others.

The six-month timeline allowed for a deep dive into key tools and techniques like SQL, Tableau, and Python, and the flexibility of the online format was ideal for balancing studies with my schedule. The career support resources, including resume-building and interview prep, were extremely valuable as I began applying for jobs. Overall, I would recommend Springboard to anyone looking to build a solid foundation in data analytics .

I had an overall positive experience here in that the basics and essentials were covered by the curriculum. The course material was relevant and was set in real business-like environments. I found lots of help with their online slack community, which provided quick answers to any questions I had. I do think the mentor program was helpful in making sure I was accountable with the program to graduate within the set timeline I had. Overall, it was a great learning experience.

I recently completed the Springboard certification program, and overall, I found it to be a well-structured and progressive course. The learning path was easy to follow, making it simple to stay on track and build new skills. One of the program's highlights was the active and supportive community, which provided timely help whenever I encountered challenges. This aspect greatly contributed to enhancing my marketing skills.However, I believe there is room for improvement in the mentor-matching process. It would be more beneficial if mentor assignments aligned more closely with the student’s background. Additionally, the tech support could be more responsive to ensure smoother learning experiences.

Overall, I would say my experience with program in its entirety is fairly positive. The highlights of the bootcamp are definitely the mentor support, career mentor support, and the online community that you will be apart of as a student. All those support systems provide lots of insight into the program and also what it is really like to work in this career in real life. Th curriculum itself is not bad, it uses Linkedin Learning and Datacamp to solidify a foundation in coding and using different software and then is supplemented with multiple projects and assignments for you to practice and improve. Some assignments can be difficult and capstone projects are daunting at first but I was easily able to find direction, guidance, and assistance through my mentor. A con for this course would be that it is basically 100% online and that might be bad for those who have trouble learning remotely. 

I decided to go with springboard because of the job guarantee, but it's a joke. They extended me 3 months for the job market and then 3 months for not living in a metro area, but when I pointed out that I do they back pedaled and said I would have gotten a 6 month extension for the job market so it evens out. Most of the course is taken from other places like data camp and linkedin learning. You can find all the information on your own for much cheaper. 

They have a great curriculum for Data Analytics with an excellent team of mentors and career coaches  who will guide you through out the course period. They also have a huge slack community, where you can get instant answers to any question that pop-up.
