The 9 week web development course is like being thrown in at the deep end, but by the end of it you will have tangible projects that you have built to show for your efforts. The staff are amazing, and offer so much help. The environment at Le Wagon is great to be a part of. Highly recommended!

Since I've made contact with Le Wagon, they were always Since I got in touch with Le Wagon, they have been very attentive. They recommended me to attend a free bootcamp demonstration, and I fell in love with it. The course, the teachers, and the entire team were fantastic during the bootcamp. I learned a lot about programming, and I see myself as a different professional today. The only thing I think could be better is career week, bringing more companies to talk to us.

Its amazing. I really learned on it. The first weeks are massive, Its kinda complicated if you have zero information on coding but you can keep up well. Before starting I had no idea that I would like that much but Le wagon Rio de Janeiro has the best people ever working on it.

The Bootcamp's communal spirit was its greatest asset; the friendliness and support played a key role in my success. Weekly socials added a fun, relaxing end to our intensive study sessions, and the convenient location meant everyday logistics were a breeze. The curriculum is exceptionally comprehensive and designed to be accessible for individuals with no prior tech knowledge. Even if you're not familiar with the tech field, the program allows you to progress efficiently and gain a profound understanding. The instructors demonstrate immense patience and are passionate about sharing their knowledge. My expectations were exceeded in this regard. Moreover, the team frequently organizes engaging tech talks, featuring insightful discussions with notable guests, including Le Wagon alumni and external experts.I am confident that choosing Le Wagon in Amsterdam was the right decision for my tech education, and I encourage anyone considering a similar journey to explore what they have to offer.

I was able to learn a lot, the content was good and well structured, good teachers. The material available is also very good.They are not prepared for neurodivergent students causing anxiety and isolation in some people. The group/ couple set up may not be the ideal learning situation for some people and mentioning it during class does not help either.

Excellent bootcamp, extremely capable instructors, and a great structure to ensure the best development of students. Current and relevant instructional material for today's world. I feel it was a great investment, both in terms of time and finances.

I met so many nice people there, it was already a life changer for me and I don't even have work yet. 😂I can only say, if I learned it from scratch, then everybody can do it. You just need all your dedication to learning. ✌️😎

I did the bootcamp in December 2023 and it was one of the best choices I ever made. I came out of a 3 year degree that I didn't enjoy too much and chose the bootcamp to redirect my career path. The staff were super helpful and despite the course being hard I enjoyed it so much. I would recommend anyone to check it out and that they shouldn't worry about having any skills before they start the course as it is made for people of all skill levels.

Although the course is very intensive and requires a lot of effort, you are followed every step of the way. You always have TAs and Teacher there to help you and they are some of the best people you will ever meet. If you want to be a Web Developer this is the course for you. If I had to express a negative point, I would add Python or another more common language to the curriculum.

The Bootcamp was an enriching experience, where I gained valuable hard skills in web development, including programming languages(Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, etc.) and tools essential in today's tech landscape. The learning environment was dynamic, allowing me to connect with a diverse group of talented and inspiring individuals. However, despite this positive experience and skill acquisition, there remains a sense of uncertainty about securing a job in the field, reflecting the competitive nature of the job market and the need for continued learning and development in the tech industry.

Very good experience, satisfied to have been trained by this organisation. Thanks to the wagon, I made progress throughout the 9 weeks so that I could feel positive about my career change.

I have spent +2months learning to code, it was tough but really enjoyable. You learn even without prior knowledge, the path goes from 0 to creating two projects in a few weeks, you can see you grow and learn. I would say that the ratings are really fair.

Le Wagon London - how to blow lots of money very quickly and be left with nothing!  At the very start of my journey to the Le Wagon London bootcamp, I was quite sceptical and had a number of phone calls and emails back and fourth with them. They of course make it sound/appear like they are the ones ‘interviewing’ you for a place on their bootcamp, giving you some false sense that this is a place where you would be lucky to be accepted.In reality from some of the people on my cohort couldn’t even speak English properly, you would have to wonder who is really being interviewed and why? To answer this, is quite simple, and having completed the Web Dev bootcamp, you start to see the Le Wagon business model and how clever it is, not from a student perspective unfortunately. Let’s start with the staff, in particularly the teaching staff. As of 2023 Le Wagon doesn’t seem to have any actual teachers as you may expect - and by this I mean someone with a PGCE PCET or similar, which enables them to teach in a post compulsory environment such as this. Instead these are people that seemed to have drifted into the jobs from vastly different backgrounds - manager of a cafe for example. I’m not here to have a go at individuals and question their qualifications, I think this would be something Le Wagon would fall down on, and this goes back to the model I was talking about earlier. When it comes to the bootcamp itself, each day presents a mix of a lecture and challenges (75% of the time), the challenges you work on with another leaner (buddy) and are ‘assisted’ by a number of TA’s (teaching assistants). Where have these TA’s come from I hear you ask? Are these not qualified teachers, trainee lecturer's etc? No, these are people just like you, who have simply done a bootcamp and now can’t get a real tech job, but to flower their CV, and importantly make the Le Wagon model work. The issues with this are vast. Mostly as you’re not actually being ‘taught’ by professionals and then you’re not being supported by ‘professionals’. Don’t get me wrong, some of the TA’s were lovely people and knew how to code, but in terms of the big picture… it’s starts to become clear that straight after this bootcamp that’s promising all these job prospects, the reality is, you will be lucky to be hired by them. By the time you’ve done a bootcamp and can’t find a job, the prospect of working here probably doesn’t sound so bad and so a percentage from every cohort seems to be hired, and so Le Wagon’s wheel keeps turning. The course content is outdated, tired and not particularly in demand by industry in 2023. Whilst the name of the course is Web Development, we spent less than 3 days doing any front end coding in 9 weeks, and even that coverage was poor/rushed and even talked down on by two course leaders who ‘preferred back end’ In terms of the way the course in delivered; it’s difficult to be positive about what felt like a work in progress that they changed daily to suit some annoying students that would would turn up late and disrupt everyone else. When this was brought up, eventually they locked the door and made them wait until lunch time to enter. This took months, but which point the damage had been done. All in all, imo this place is a waste of your money and your time, and will not get you a job in tech that you couldn’t have got through many different routes, all of which are cheaper and quicker.

Learning at Le Wagon was a wonderful experience, I learned so many things in such a short time. Also, the teachers and assistants helped a lot when there was a complex problem and the vibe there was really great. Would recommend 100%👌
