Fast paced and challenging, but just as rewarding. I have a great sense of achievement in completing the bootcamp and believe it is a great start to my tech career. I am grateful to all the teaching, careers and admin staff for their hardwork. And to the students for their support and humour during the bootcamp.I liked the structure of morning lecture, then coding challenges then live code in the evening. I found it really helpful having TAs available throughout the working day to ask questions to. I also liked that the challenges were broken down into mini challenges during the day. Also the final project is really helpful and interesting as a learning tool and for interviews.All the staff are really friendly, the team is what makes the bootcamp unique and the most valuable resource, thank you so much to all of you!I would really recommend the bootcamp to anyone starting off in tech or who want polish up their skills!

Le Wagon has great structured and organised curriculum that guides with the proper learning path. The teachers has great technical knowledge and problem solving skills, they help us in each step. Over all I recommend to join Le Wagon with out second thought.

 Le Wagon was a transformative experience for me. I learned so much in a short time, built meaningful connections, and gained the confidence to start my career in tech. The structure, support, and community made it truly special. 

Le Wagon was one of the most intense and fulfilling learning experiences I’ve ever had. The curriculum is extremely well-structured, taking you from basic coding concepts all the way to building full-stack web applications. The hands-on approach and daily challenges kept me actively engaged and helped me retain knowledge better than traditional learning formats.The teachers and TAs were supportive and technically strong, especially Ife, Louis, and Samuel — they went above and beyond to ensure concepts were understood. Some lectures could’ve used a bit more explanation rather than just following slides, but overall the teaching quality was high.Project weeks were the highlight — you really get to see how far you’ve come. I appreciated the sense of community as well; being surrounded by motivated peers pushed me to keep going even when things got hard. Social events and the buddy system were nice extras.Career support is decent, and although it varies by cohort, you’re given solid guidance to prepare for the job market. If you're looking for a fast-paced, project-based entry into tech, Le Wagon is a great choice.

Everything was awesome! I was a bit hesitant at first since I already had some self-taught experience and work in an engineering team at a big tech company, but the teachers, curriculum, and especially their methodology were amazing. I learned something new every single day, and it was definitely challenging, especially during the project weeks at the end of the course. Even in classes where I already had experience, the way they taught really helped solidify my knowledge. Realizing how many knowledge gaps were being filled was also incredible. I never thought I’d enjoy it as much as I did. I highly recommend the experience and would 100% do it all over again.

My experience at Le Wagon bootcamp was amazing! During these intense weeks, I learned a lot about web development, from the fundamentals to building complete applications. The Buddy methodology made all the difference, allowing me to apply concepts quickly and gain confidence in coding.It was an intense, challenging, and extremely rewarding journey. The environment created by the staff made the learning experience much lighter and more motivating. I can only express my gratitude for the professionalism, dedication, and support throughout this experience.

 My experience at Le Wagon was truly life-changing. The bootcamp was intense, with its challenges and the human factor—balancing routines and personal issues—but it was amazing nonetheless. The quality of the classes, the dedication of the teachers, and the content offered were outstanding.  Le Wagon's Web Development bootcamp is intensive and well-structured, covering full-stack skills with hands-on projects. Great for career changers, but be ready for a fast-paced learning experience! 

I had a great time on this course and learnt more than I ever thought possible in such a short time. My only gripe is that I was let down by the effort and ability of two of the students in my project group, but the school did what they could to help us through this. Thank you!! 

Le Wagon's web development bootcamp in Lyon delivered an intensive and ultimately rewarding journey into the world of web development. The hands-on, project-based learning was invaluable for solidifying theoretical knowledge and building practical skills. Knowledgeable instructors and incredibly helpful teaching assistants created a supportive environment for tackling challenging concepts and debugging errors. The strong sense of community amongst students fostered collaboration and peer learning, which was a significant asset. While the fast pace could be demanding, especially with more intricate topics, the overall experience equipped me with the confidence and fundamental skills necessary to pursue a career as a web developer. Le Wagon Lyon is a highly recommended program for individuals serious about learning to code and launching their tech careers. The focus on practical application and the supportive community are key differentiators.

The Web Dev programme was challenging and hard work, but I went in with 0 coding skills and I can now build an entire app on my own. The community at Le Wagon is great and the teachers are knowledgable and kind. 

I just finished the bootcamp, so my review might not cover "everything", but I hope this still helps. So, I studied at Le Wagon.My experience at Le Wagon resembled  the one of an expedition in the Amazon forest: through the ups and downs, I acquired a lot of knowledge, I discovered so much about myself which, I have to say, made me grow in a way and eventually made it to the end of the bootcamp. I had to put a lot more efforts in then I expected. The bootcamp is very intense and you will be tempted to not sleep sometimes, but you should, as will tell you the teachers. A well rested brain can do much more then an exhausted one!They never give up on students and they will keep grinding and helping you (even when you have given up on yourself, for a brief moment). As they told me many times: "You have to trust the process." Sounds cheesy, but after making it through, I have to acknowledge they were right.There is one last thing I want to mention: the staff. I have to say, part of my success, I owe it to them. They are so supportive, understanding and I think I learned as much as I did because the teachers care.  It is hard to find such a well intentioned learning environment. I will tell you right now: you might have to adjust, because they do things a bit differently, but in the end I think that is what I needed. Different bootcamps all have their own ways and vision, but if what you're looking for is a community where people help one another to succeed, you might want to have a look at Le Wagon.Ps: I haven't rated the Job assistance just yet, since I completed the bootcamp 5 days ago :P

My Experience at Le Wagon Montreal – Great but IntenseI recently completed the Web Development Bootcamp at Le Wagon Montreal, and overall, it was a great experience. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about students’ success. The curriculum is well-structured, covering everything from Ruby and databases to JavaScript and front-end development.That said, the pace was extremely fast—sometimes too fast for me. I often felt like I was falling behind, and there wasn’t always enough time to fully absorb concepts before moving on to the next topic. I wish this could be a one-year program instead of nine weeks, as I think that would allow for deeper learning and more confidence in applying what we’ve learned.If you feel like some sort of genius, this bootcamp will probably be easy for you. But if you have learning difficulties like I do, it’s going to be hard—really hard. Be prepared to put in extra effort, ask a lot of questions, and sometimes feel overwhelmed.A few pieces of advice:

Do not overestimate the prep work—do it as many times as you can before the bootcamp starts.

Do not do the bootcamp online if you have the choice—being in person makes a huge difference.

Do not try to work a job while doing this bootcamp—it’s intense, and you will often go back home to finish assignments or simply try to understand what you just learned.
If you’re considering Le Wagon, I’d definitely recommend it, but be ready for an intense learning journey. It’s great if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, but if you need more time to digest complex topics, you might find it overwhelming.

J'ai récemment terminé la formation de Développeur Web chez Le Wagon et je suis extrêmement satisfait de cette expérience. Le programme est intensif, mais parfaitement structuré, ce qui permet d'acquérir des compétences solides en un temps record.Les cours couvrent à la fois les bases du développement (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) et des concepts plus avancés comme Ruby on Rails, les API, et le déploiement d'applications. La pédagogie est axée sur la pratique, avec des projets concrets qui favorisent l'apprentissage par l'expérimentation.Les professeurs sont très compétents et disponibles, créant un environnement d'entraide qui rend l'apprentissage plus fluide, même lors des phases les plus complexes. Le dernier projet en équipe est un vrai plus : il permet de mettre en pratique tout ce qu'on a appris dans des conditions proches de celles d’un vrai travail en startup.Au-delà des compétences techniques, Le Wagon offre un véritable réseau professionnel. Les événements, les workshops et la communauté d'anciens élèves sont des ressources précieuses pour trouver un emploi ou lancer son propre projet.En résumé, si vous cherchez une formation intensive, bien encadrée et axée sur des compétences concrètes en développement web, je recommande vivement Le Wagon !

This bootcamp was so much more than I expected! I did it remotely, but I felt supported the whole time. The sense of community was incredible. I went from knowing nothing to being able to build an entire app from scratch! This is one of the best decisions I ever made. 10/10 recommend! 

I took full-time web development courses at Le Wagon in Tokyo to learn programming and start building basic apps for business. It was an intense, demanding and rewarding experience. It has also been as much fun as it has been frustrating. I came every morning to Meguro class hall and worked there until the end of the afternoon for two entire months. In the beginning, we did lecture in the morning, then pair programming in the afternoon until the last hour, which was dedicated to live coding. Teacher assistants were always around to give a hand, as I was all the time bumping into a hardship I could overcome as a beginner. I was a beginner but some students were already experienced in some aspects of programming.Our group was extremely diverse, with people living in Japan for years and other students coming from abroad thanks to weak Japanese yen and discovering Tokyo, some of us speaking two or more languages, within a vast age range (from people under 20 to people over 45). The result was a friendly learning batch full of curiosity. Once we acquired programming basics, I joined a team of four students and we worked on a real-world app project during the last weeks. My teammates were motivated and everyone contributed. We planned and executed like pros, made many beginner mistakes, and I learned a lot from these last weeks. The last day of the BootCamp was demo day, and we presented our app to a full room.

Through hands-on projects and collaborative teamwork, I gained practical experience that prepared me for real-world challenges in web development.What made this journey even more special was the incredible support from the Le Wagon team and my classmates. The instructors—Eduardo Piccin, Laura Amaro, Patricia Kihara, Nicolas Enne, and Roberto Barros—were outstanding, offering guidance and inspiration at every step. Their expertise and encouragement were pivotal in helping me develop both technical and problem-solving skills.Overall, this bootcamp was a game-changer for me, equipping me with the knowledge and confidence to pursue a new career in web development. I’m excited to apply the skills I’ve gained to impactful projects and am grateful to Le Wagon for making this possible. Before attending the bootcamp, I worked as a Product Engineer in the hardware IT industry. While I enjoyed my role, I often felt the need to expand my knowledge on the software side. After some research, I discovered a genuine interest in web development and decided to pursue it further.I specifically chose an onsite bootcamp because I wanted to fully immerse myself in the learning environment, engage more actively in the classroom, and build meaningful connections with my peers.The 9-week program was intense and challenging, but it was also unique and unforgettable. I learned so much and gained the confidence to pursue what I truly want to do in life. The collaborative team environment was a major highlight, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.Most of the instructors were highly professional and genuinely committed to helping students succeed. The TAs were all fantastic, and I want to give a special shoutout to Adrian—he was outstanding! His support made a huge difference.In conclusion, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for all the efforts Le wagon has put into my batch. Wishing Le Wagon continued success in 2025 and beyond.
