There will be lots of projects to work on where you can really test your skills and apply the knowledge you've gained.
Nod has also struck a great balance between making the space feel supportive and gently pushing you to keep going when things get hard.

The learning portal has recorded lectures, job portal, quizzes, SQL training, reading material, mock interviewers which is everything a beginner needs to learn about PM. Their placement support is also solid and gives enough opportunities to its top fellows. What truly makes Nextleap stand out is their ongoing support after the course is finished. If I had to give one small piece of improvement to the team, it would be a 1 on 1 review call for every candidate who attempted the graduation project but has not made it to the Top fellows. While parameters like Clarity and depth of though give a high level idea on where their submission might have lacked, its doesn't really give the whole picture on where to improve. The way the Data Science Dojo crew runs their bootcamp program is very thorough. The lessons and homework flow very intuitively. The modules covered build on concepts in a way that really helps with understanding. The instructors really promote class interaction which is good for tackling these topics in such a short time, getting our engagement rather than simply lecturing at us. They also encourage participation in a class Kaggle competition, which helps with additional free-form practical application of the concepts covered in class (plus some friendly competition for motivation). Most importantly, the instructors are very interactive, hands on, and passionate. They want to see every cohort succeed in their learning and you can see the labor of love that goes into teaching us, providing quality content both in the sessions and via the course site. This really sets them apart from other bootcamps, especially those provided online.
The course covers all the hot topics in the Data Science field, grounding in the perspective that the bootcamp is looking to prepare students with a broad range of experiences. I appreciate the context they provide and the thought that went into exposing us to a little bit of everything and the skills to jump in.

I used Dataquest since 2019 and I double my income in 4 years and became a Data Scientist. That’s pretty cool! I’m sure other platforms could have also done the same thing but this is my experience. I don’t have any negative things to said and I’m pretty hard to satisfy so they are definitely doing the right things. I still have access to their platform since I purchased a lifetime membership years ago. I’ve finished the Data Science career pathway and now I’m running out of courses to take within DQ. I do wish they invest more in AI courses, e.g., large language models, deep learning, AI agent development, etc. Hopefully, someone will see this post and start creating more advanced course in AI. Long story short, great platform you won’t regret it!
