I took part in the 15-week bootcamp, it was a great experience and I learned a lot. Especially the last 3 weeks at WBS Campus in Berlin were a super nice experience (even during corona).

Within the 12 weeks at home we went through a lot of subjects, basics and advanced stuff and had several solo-/group-projects.
The last 3 weeks at the WBS campus in Berlin where fantastic. You get to finally meet the people in person and work on the big last project.

Intense, challenging and totally worth it!
I took the class after leaving my job as a product owner, so i had already some technical understanding. Our class overall had a very strong understanding, so we could keep the pace up. Our teacher was amazing, the campus time in Berlin was great and the staff is very supportive. The downside is what i wrote earlier, it is very challenging, so be prepared to get stressed.
I was able to get a full stack developer job within 2 months after the class and i feel well prepared for that.

What made this experience truly special were the people. The community managers are some of the warmest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. From day one, you feel comfortable and supported. Studying on-site in the Berlin loft was such a highlight, not just because of the beautiful location by the water and the view of the bridge, but because of the atmosphere. Everyone is open, kind, and genuinely interested in connecting.I also met incredible people online, which made the experience feel bigger than just one place. And I’m especially grateful for my instructor, who guided us with so much dedication and care.
I’m leaving this course feeling confident and ready to step into the job market, but also aware that this is just the beginning. You don’t stop learning after these four months, you keep growing. And that’s actually the most exciting part.

Very disappointing experience – promises not delivered
I completed the WBS coding bootcamp last year because I wanted to take my first step into programming. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the worst investments I’ve made.
Most of the material covered things I already knew, and I didn’t feel...I completed the WBS coding bootcamp last year because I wanted to take my first step into programming. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the worst investments I’ve made.
Most of the material covered things I already knew, and I didn’t feel like I actually learned anything new. The only instructor who really stood out in a positive way was Bashar — he was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the other instructors, who often struggled to answer basic questions from the class.
There were 12 people in my group, and as far as I know none of us ended up getting a job through the program, even though the bootcamp advertises a “job guarantee.” In reality, that guarantee didn’t mean much and didn’t lead to actual job opportunities.
Another issue was access to course materials. We were told we would have lifetime access to the videos, which seemed like a very reasonable promise. Recently I contacted them because I lost access after switching laptops, and they told me they changed their policy and that we no longer have access. That felt very misleading.
The career services were also disappointing. At one point the entire class raised concerns about an instructor whose knowledge seemed extremely limited. Instead of addressing the issue or providing another instructor for that session, the school dismissed the complaints and did not offer any compensation or solution.
