Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Bootcamps by Institute of Data is an online tech training provider offering full-time or part-time, online bootcamps in Data Science & AI (12 or 24 weeks), Cyber Security (12 or 24 weeks), and Software Engineering (12 or 24 weeks). Bootcamps are lab-based to give students practical experience in the skills they learn. Students will also collaborate in peer-to-peer learning to give them experience working with a team.
Beginners and students with no experience are welcome to apply to VCU Bootcamps by Institute of Data. Students must be fluent in English and have completed a bachelor degree in any field of study. After enrolling, students are expected to complete pre-work before the start of their bootcamp.
VCU Bootcamps by Institute of Data are designed to help students find jobs after and students will undergo a Jobs Outcome Program to prepare them for landing a role. Students have access to a network of hiring partners while career coaches guide them through the job search process.

A Great Experience
I was in the Cyber Security bootcamp that took place earlier this year and I really enjoyed my time. The teacher Monica was wonderful to work with and very much so a team player. I thoroughly enjoyed this program. The course material was easy to understand and follow, and I loved that we had labs so that we could learn things hands on.
