I recently finished at Uplift Code Camp and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made for my career. The program was challenging for me being a career shifter but incredibly rewarding, providing me with a solid foundation in full-stack web development.

The curriculum was well-structured and up-to-date, covering everything from HTML/CSS and JavaScript to more advanced topics like React, Node.js, and database management. What impressed me most was how the course balanced theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on projects. By the end of the bootcamp, I had built several real-world applications that I'm proud to showcase in my portfolio.

The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we understood the material. They didn't just teach us how to code; they taught us how to think like developers and solve complex problems.

It was an incredibly rewarding experience. The program provided a well-structured curriculum that covered everything from front-end development to back-end integration, with plenty of hands-on projects along the way. They use MERN Stack btw. What I loved most about the bootcamp was how fun and engaging the learning process was. The instructor(Ms Jem) were knowledgeable and always available to help, creating a supportive environment that encouraged growth. Uplift code camp taught me the fundamentals of full stack web development. The classes were paced well and the projects were adequate for our portfolio. Both teamwork and solo learning were highly encouraged. I was able to do all of the code exercises on the weekend while doing classes on weekdays. I was able to participate coding with my batchmates. After all of the projects, I was able to create a portfolio worthy of sharing to my future employers. Read less

I decided to join the self-paced Javascript course mainly to learn about the basics, which would unblock me from the concepts I wanted to know. However, I learned more than just Javascript - I gained new knowledge on tools, references, and techniques to solve coding problems. Additionally, Sir Rowell had been helpful throughout the journey, and his feedback, especially on our code, was very valuable since it helped us improve our approach to solving problems. Read less

I inquired and did the pre-test and interviews in many boot camps in PH, but I chose to enroll with UPLIFT.
Why? First, they reply fast to my multiple questions. The videos on their SNS page, the reviews and testimonials of their past students, and easy to access application page also helped me get myself out there. Once I did the steps in the applications, I was already scheduled for an interview at my own convenient time. Someone reached out and make sure there are the next steps for me to do. That makes "entering a new word" easier.   Not only that - they laid out different payment modes and opportunities on how I can join considering my capacity.

As a career shifter, unsure if I'm able to learn coding & tech, they made my decision to challenge myself in a new field more sensible and doable. And that decision landed me now here, as an enrolled student starting this new challenging adventure with them.

As an applicant and currently a student at Uplift Code Camp, I can say that this is the best coding boot camp ever! The instructors and staff at Uplift are amiable and approachable. They provide quality education and rest assured you'll learn from them. 
One thing I also liked about Uplift Code Camp is they have well-organized learning environment and they let their students have fun and learn at the same time. They also provide reflection sessions which is very helpful to me as an individual.

Overall the experience was great! The course materials, video tutorials were taught in a manner which people with zero knowledge can easily understand. My uplift experience was pretty amazing from start to finish and even after I got a job as a cloud infrastructure software engineer. My Instructor was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and follow. The sequence of the curriculum are quite strategic. They also have well being programs, CV assistance and HR/Tech mock interviews aside from learning the lessons. They will let you experience both individual and group project. My Instructor sir Jag really taught me well not just coding but also the best practices. The Staffs and even the CEO are easy to reach out. They also have a channel wherein you can ask a question regarding codes or even share your hobbies. So for me Uplift wasn't just only a great coding Bootcamp but also a community that you can rely on.

PROS:
The Instructor will make sure everybody follows even the students with no zero programming background. They have a community that you can ask anytime while learning or even after graduation. The HR staffs will usually ask you if you are doing alright while learning. You will learn about the best practices.

CONS:
For my experience the students specially with current work need to make sure that their time is well managed because they need to make projects aside from learning.  Read less
