The onboarding process is very easy and straight forward. They call you and assist you in every way possible. THey also send good amount of reminders and alerts for you to attend the course. I recently completed the Certified Scrum Master course with Knowledge Hut, and it was truly exceptional.The teacher very easily and simply explained and prepared us for the exam .With the help of diagrams it was easy to visualise and remember concepts .Also we had various virtual room exercises which were very interactive and helped us practically  understand the scrum concepts .
I would surely recommend this course for csm training ,since no further additional studies are required to clear the exam . Read less

Not worth the money!
Paid to get SAFe certified, to find the training was poor at best. Didn't really cover what was needed to be certified. Had communication and technical issues and over-sold the class.
Brought it up during and after the class, without any responses to address my concerns.
Had to do additional individual training and still failed the test due to the poor overall training by KnowledgeHut.
Suggest another provider, because from my experience they only push products and don't stand behind what they charge a premium to provide. Read less

I completed my two-day Scrum Master Certification course and found it extremely valuable and rewarding. The Knowledge Hut staff was always very helpful with information regarding timelines and study material. The course covered everything from an introduction to CM to advanced CM techniques and responsibilities such as Scrum Team members, Scrum Artifacts and Scrum Events. The lecturer Jem Jelly was very professional and also made everybody feel at ease. 
The course was structured and interactive. The students could all collaborate and participate, which enforced teamwork and made the learning experience real. 
Attending the course opened a whole new world for me as it opened the doors to new practices and principles which I can use in my life, personally, and in my career.
I would recommend the CSM Certification course to anybody who is interested in learning about Scrum methodology and seeking to further their career in for example project management. Very interactive class. The class was very informative as well. The tutor has a through knowledge of what he 2as teaching. I will not be hesitant to vouch for this course. 
2 days class is a bit strech because 1 St it's on weekend and second we don't get time to unwind before the next week in office. But it's fine.  Read less
