Amazing course with an elaborate curriculum, which thoroughly covered all the important topics. Very interactive classes, with detailed doubt solving. Definitely recommended! this course covered areas such as Product Vision, Roadmaps, strategy, agile and scrum methodologies. Got clear understanding about a Product owner/manager role, scrum events, artifacts and how it helps build business value.
Everyone was very friendly, and with between 15 people on the course, we had all with different levels of experience in Product Ownership.
We kicked off with some ice breakers with speaking about our favorite product and why, we then organized ourselves into groups based on level of our Scrum experience, and then the agile maturity of the organization we work for.
Once in our groups, trainer set us off with a discussion on what makes a good product and what makes a good project. This was a great way to start the conversations flowing at the table and to discuss the key differences between the two.
Within our group we were given one product to build. Using this product we explored the topics mentioned above, initially creating a product vision, completing a business model canvas, leading onto story mapping and finally ending up with an ordered product backlog. All the while discussing the importance of the items to the Product Owner and their accountability. We presented our product strategies with the entire team, just like presenting to stakeholders.
If you are a Product Owner, a Business Analyst or a Scrum Master I recommend this course. By attending you really do gain a greater understanding of what it truly means to be a Professional Product Owner.

The PSM sessions of 3 days were extremely informative. I am glad to announce that they helped me clear the certification in the very first attempt. the classes ensured full participation and kept the participants engaged throughout.
