In the era of self Learning or self paced development, there are people like me who often feel the need of a little nudge towards starting something new. To fulfill the same need and after intense research I joined UpGrad FSD program in January. Today when it's coming to an end, I would like to share a few things hoping someone else could get that little push out of it.

The UpGrad FSD program has in-depth content with hands-on labs, online videos with a consistent application building approach, and various assessments which kept me occupied for the whole course period. I was very much attached to live sessions taken by Vishwanathan Narayanan Sir, as he started from the basics and helped me grow through his approach throughout the sessions. Today I can say that I can build a full stack application individually and have a self development path to follow.

My deepest gratitude to the UpGrad team, live session instructor Vishwanathan Narayanan Sir, a very knowledgeable and motivational soft skill trainer Snehal Dhanashri, and last but not the least my UpGrad buddy Saptasree Chaudhuri who has answered each of my queries with patience.

I recently had my CSPO training from knowledge hut by Naveen Nanjundappa, It was really a great experience we were thought concept and approaches of PO. Difference between a PO and PM and lot more. The course content was well-organized and presented in a clear and concise manner. It was an amazing experience, I was able to attain a Certified Scrum Master certificate on the first attempt. It was a difficult exam but the training helped a lot in clearing it well with more than 90 percent. The trainer, Gaurav Sir, was so clear and on the point. He made the training so easy in a fun and interactive manner. Not only we enjoyed it but gain ample knowledge from this course. During the training, we were divided into various teams so that we can understand better about scrum artifacts. We did the whole training in 4 sprints and carried sprint retrospectives too after every sprint. It helped us to understand better and now we know how we can relate it to our personal experience and implement scrum and agile at our workplaceWe completed the course in 2 days with 8 hours of training on both days. It seemed long initially, but Gaurav Sir carried the training in an interactive manner so that we could hold track of time. This training is so beneficial for our future prospects and definitely, the learning will guide us throughout our professional life.
