TECH.I.S offers 12-week, immersive, online Web Development and Data Science bootcamps. These full-time programs require students to attend daily standup meetings and put in at least 20 hours of work per week. Web Development bootcamp students learn HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, SQL, React, and Node.js. The curriculum also covers Git, testing, planning, and frameworks. Data Science bootcamp students learn predictive analytics using Python, machine learning, data visualization, natural language processing, and big data technologies.
TECH.I.S welcomes beginners with no prior experience in programming. Bootcamp students receive 1:1 mentorship with a tech industry expert, and receive 24/7 course support from instructors. Well, 6 months can go by with you doing nothing new, sometimes! However, when I enrolled I started learning new skills will many people who were there to help me with every little doubt I had. Don't waste your time...
I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this so-called boot camp, hopefully my experience will help prevent someone else from wasting their time. Brief back story I've worked in the financial industry many years and thought it would be a good idea to move into tech. I did a search and came across this "school". I went to the site and it seemed legit so I scheduled a booking to meet with a counselor. Afterwards, I received a message that I would get a call and zoom link sent 30 minutes ...I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this so-called boot camp, hopefully my experience will help prevent someone else from wasting their time. Although, in spite of receiving a couple of automated remainders via email a few days before the meeting, neither the link or call ever came.
I tried sending a message for the link 15 minutes before said meeting to their "customer support" but never heard back and the meeting time came and went. I actually went against my better judgement as this was the second time trying to schedule with this place, since I thought not hearing back the first time may have only been a fluke. However, it is not. Got to learn what is required with Tech is
I started Tech is’ web development course with very little knowledge about HTML and CSS. The course was challenging for me but an overall success because it is teaching me what I wanted.
If I had to point out a negative, the remote class can be difficult if you are easily distracted. But, if you are someone who can learn from the comfort of their house, I would highly recommend it. The exhaustive course content is doing wonders for me as well as the option to do the ISA agreement....I started Tech is’ web development course with very little knowledge about HTML and CSS. The course was challenging for me but an overall success because it is teaching me what I wanted.

Quick and Useful Bootcamp
I recently got laid off in the pandemic and wanted to restart my career. After considering all the options I had, I decided to learn to code and took up Tech is’s class from September 2020 as per my friend’s suggestion.
Their course takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Since I had some previous coding experience during my schooling, I am likely going to complete my course in another 1 or 2 months.
