SyncSkills

SyncSkills is an Australia-based, internationally available bootcamp offering a variety of programs for aspiring tech professionals. This bootcamp’s founders immigrated to Australia from Nigeria and, despite their advanced degrees, struggled to break into the local tech field. This experience inspired them to make career-oriented learning accessible to all. SyncSkills offers a wide range of programs, including AI Business Analyst and Agile Training, AI Digital Marketing, and AI Professional Communication. Some of these online programs are live, whereas others are self-paced. They range in length from one day to 12 weeks.

SyncSkills courses are open to beginners and use AI to accelerate learning. Some courses, such as AI Interview Mastery: Land a Tech Job, are geared toward those currently applying for tech positions. Others, such as AI Business Analyst & Agile Training, are more comprehensive, taking students from foundational concepts to career launch. SyncSkills is designed to be accessible to immigrants, international students, career-changers, and those reentering the workforce.

The mission of SyncSkills is to equip students with marketable skills and prepare them to launch tech careers. Several of their programs include career assistance, such as resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, and advice on negotiating salaries. Higher tiers within the multi-tiered programs include more intensive job prep, such as one-on-one coaching sessions and mentorship. This bootcamp’s graduates have gone on to work at such companies as Deloitte, Kinetic IT, KPMG, Westpac, and more.
