 I have worked retail for ten years and moved on to being a technician. I was constantly worrying about money and financial security with the hand my life was dealt I thought of making any more than 45K was a pipe-dream.


After Covid-19 struck I was on the search for another career and came across preHIRED, I was VERY skeptical at first and spent 4 days of researching it before I even decided to respond to an email from them. After taking the leap into the program I can say without a doubt that I am more confident and realized than before I started! I've learned a lot of up-to-date sales methods that will help me excel in the coming job search process.

I've only just sent my final coursework and will be beginning my CSP starting most likely Monday! My favorite part of the program was being matched up with an amazing mentor and a great cohort to bounce ideas off of and climb the ropes together! I could not be on the verge of success without this AMAZING program. If you are looking to make a change or are even skeptical yourself about this program we have been there, and now we're here! I look forward to updating this post on where I'm at in a couple of months! 

I highly recommend preHired to anyone on the fence or just looking for a new career that pays well. I joined preHired after running two separate businesses. I was at the point in my life in which I was not happy with what I was doing anymore and wanted a career change. After doing tons of research on what to do next I came across preHired and decided to join. It took me about 60 days to complete the course and finish my job hunt before accepting an offer with an OTE between 90-100K. Best part is I get to work from home. That is not bad for 60 days worth of work. I have taken multiple training and sales courses and performed sales in both of my previous businesses. I thought I knew it all. What preHired trains is no fluff and straight to meat and potatoes. For anyone looking to have massive success quickly, stop reading and join already. 

preHIRED has been an absolutely amazing experience for me! For about 16 years I was in IT. I held many roles, most recently in IT software development and infrastructure. I was laid off during a merger and then decided to be an entrepreneur for the past 5 yrs. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each profession, then I literally “just stumbled upon” preHIRED and knew it was for me. After seeing the information on social media for the 3rd time, I felt that the Universe was sending this opportunity directly to me, so I began some research. During my due diligence on who preHIRED is, and what they do, it seemed like “perfect timing” for me and my professional situation.
 

Of course, when I first saw the program, I was skeptical. That seems to be basic human nature! The opportunity seemed almost “too-good-to-be-true”, but I felt a strong desire to move forward, a spiritual nudge, and a sense of calm...if you will. After vetting the business model and the founder…and spending a whole weekend (literally), watching/reading 50+ testimonials, I decided this was an awesome opportunity for me, and I was ready to take that next step into this new industry. Then I saw that they only accept 5% of their applicants! Only a “select few” actually get accepted into the program! I knew it may be a long shot, but I was also very optimistic that I had the soft skills to get approved! And I did! 

I personally love how the content is presented. It spoke to my learning style, spelling it all out in the best formats. Then, the lead generation and sales automation tools that were introduced (or expounded on), made me see that finding quality leads really is a “science”! It's not called "Science-Based Sales" for nothing! That part also made me aware that even tho I have always said, "I'm not a good salesperson" throughout my entire life, I've always pictured the "cheesy used car salesman", in a cheap polyester suit from back in the day. Well, this training could even help "that guy"! There's also the actual “measurable” skill set behind the results that bring you success.  The training showcases and teaches productive, calculating tools and apps! I'm now an expert on over 15 robust lead generation, outreach, and sales tools and I’m very confident in my abilities to bring value to any sales team, on so many levels! 

The company's mission and vision statements definitely spoke to my learning personality. The founder, Joshua Jordan maintains high business ethics and acumen...and the positive assistance of everyone I've encountered shows that he has surrounded himself with like-minded trainers, coaches, and mentors. The proverbial nail in the coffin is how confident they are in their abilities to help you land that next-level salary. 

I am so grateful for (and feel truly blessed with) my decision and acceptance into the preHIRED training, and excited to become a Certified Sales Analyst. If you’ve found and/or been introduced to this program, apply “NOW”! The integrity of the program and mentors are...simply put...“MBA” status! My mentor (Bobby Powers) and my connector (Devan Williams) are rock-star performers in their respective roles, and every single person I've connected with have been so positive, and encouraging! If you need a career change, if you're looking to increase your marketability, and if you want to position yourself in the top 5% of the nation's SDRs...then you "should" be willing to invest in yourself and get trained to be that person! PreHIRED is your go-to. Simple as that!  This will be one of the greatest decisions of your professional life!

The next catalyst is that each member is assigned a connector who actually follows through with you, and helps prepare you for your interviews, helps you search for your positions, and then reviews job offers and salary ranges “with you”! They help you to know it’s a good fit for all involved. They then offer continuing mentorship and updated assistance and content, even after you get certified and hired. It’s evident that they are serious about your success! I highly recommend PreHIRED if you want career success. It truly is the best education and training program I have “ever” encountered.

      I have absolutely no sales background yet here I am. I was very interested in preHIRED partially because of the promise of a salary I would love to attain but the bigger reason I decided on doing the program is the chance at fulfillment. Helping people is a passion of mine and I feel as an SDR I will be able to help more people than I ever thought I could. (Literally considering how many people I will be talking to each and every day). 

       When I saw preHIRED at first I wasn’t as sure of it then as I am now. Everyone knows how many scams there are in the world now so of course I did extensive research on them and I am convinced that preHIRED is legit. I got to this conclusion from a variety of reasons but the main one being that it’s hard! It makes sense though it shouldn’t be too easy to move up in the world to a more prestigious job without some grit otherwise everyone would do it. 

     The people at preHIRED are honestly and truly some of the best people I’ve met, not just with training but they are good people too and for me that is a very important trait to have, to be able to build trust each other is key (it doesn’t hurt that they are always around to answer questions I or any other preHIRED students have). The way Josh Jordan set up this course is masterful, in that he teaches all of his “students” the skills we need, then shows us how to use the tools for the job and finally he teaches us the workflows at the end so everyone can put it all together which helps us become great SDR’s once we’ve found our dream company. 

    I believe preHIRED has helped me tremendously in being hopeful of the future again and that all it takes is some time out of your day everyday to study and attempt to master something that can help you trudge a path forward in life. I highly recommend this course to anyone but especially people who feel like they are at a dead end in their career or even their life because preHIRED will make you work for it but if you learn and apply all they have to teach you, you can't fail. There are no handouts in life and this certainly isn't it, you have to have grit to push through and learn as much as you can. This is a huge change in my life and I welcome it with open arms. Thank you Josh and you as well preHIRED, I can honestly say you have changed my life and I couldn’t have done this without you!

Before preHIRED, I was never in sales. Only thought of it as a "pick up the phone and dial random numbers" kind of job.

I Came across an ad that talked about preHIRED and how it would pay for my course after I got a job and I was just blown away!

It just sounded too good to be true, I mean... Who in the right mind these days offers to educate and train someone at their own expense first and later say that it can be paid when they actually get the job?

Hours and hours of learning that I did within the program and course materials. From past experiences to actual people that share their thoughts to funny stories thrown at random.

I can't stress it enough... Do your research before doing anything, I know it sounds tempting but don't just take a leap of faith!

I had stumbled... into sales, pretty standard right lol. I'd had been plugging away for a few years, doing well meeting my quotas, I just wasn't getting anywhere. I began to get frustrated, what was it? I love sales, the ability to be paid to solve people's problems. I felt like I wasn't be challenged mentally, not to mention not making the money I needed to make to live the way I wanted in the bay area. I begin to pay closer attention to my friend's lifestyles who were in Software Sales and the projects they got to work on. I had always shrugged the idea of selling software off mostly because of the schooling I didn't have but, seemed to be a requirement anytime I looked into it. Things were different this time, I had to change something. 

I came across preHired during a podcast, at the time I was listening to anything I could find to get more informed on the industry. The podcast was geared toward sales development reps, on that particular episode, they were interviewing a guy who had no sales background but landed an incredible job at a great company with at the time I thought crazy metrics to meet. He spoke as if he had years of experience in the role already and performed like it too. When asked how he was able to achieve all this he talked about preHired, the skills that they taught you, using them on the job search. He spoke of all the tools that they walked you through that a company might use, if not, probably should adopt. It came down to the realization that he, in his time with preHired had more experience doing the right thing then the majority of people already in the role.

I had to look into it and found out that it was better than I had imagined not only do they vet who gets in, but it was at your own pace, which was crucial with my fulltime and parttime jobs. By far, my favorite aspect of the program was their scientific approach to sales methodologies, which allowed me to start to systematically understand how to best engage with a prospect, rather than rely on talent.

My advice to anyone who is considering the program... do your research. Talk with the people who are killing it at the companies they got hired at... if that's what you intend on doing. It's an excellent investment for anyone who'd bet on themselves. Thank you to Josh and the preHired team!

These guys are crooked don’t sign up with them. This scheme they run is offering a student loan through Meratas which is suppose to be a 3rd partY company the thing is people from Prehired work for Meratas lol slick ain’t it? It’s a shell game ... create your own educational finance company to keep all the money . I’m seeking legal advice since I’ve been through two litigations prior to dealing with them. They kicked me from the program because they said I violated code of conduct lol which was confusing because they made it clear in the beginning during your time of getting certified you need to respond to your mentor in a timely manner plus a few other things to not receive a strike.. so I got certified With no strikes and during the job search part some personal things came up which delayed my job hunt..during that time and also during my initial onboarding I started to receive emails claiming they will take off $5k off the program if I started paying monthly which blew my mind because why would a company take less money UNLESS the program didn’t work????!!! No confidence in their own program .. the thing is I already completed to course and received my certificate... why am I receiving strikes??? Then it dawned on me ... they lie to you stating Meratas loaned the money to cover the course which is $30k ... but it’s a smoke screen the money is not loaned they use this shell company Meratas as a front and hope and pray you get a job So you can pay them back...smart ain’t it but it’s unethical. if you don’t get a job which in my city of San Diego you would think it would be easy ... he’ll no The tech companies out here are minimal to hit your numbers every week and if you don’t you get a strike... these tech companies are bombarded with emails and outreach from Prehired members it’s SATURATED....so towards the end I was told I either need to land a job start paying $250 a month to stay in the program? But why I thought Meratas was the company I’m suppose to pay? You see the complete zig zag these guys run? Now I still don’t have a job or income and Meratas just pulled $750 from my checking ...with student loans there is no payback until you generate income until then your payments are suppose to be deferred... but nope they pulled money out during this Covid 19 quarantine we are in and it’s done harm to my family. There’s nothing positive about this company you can easily get free sales tech experience through a paid internship with another company I don’t know their name anymore but they are on LinkedIn and indeed. 

I’m on the phone right now with my bank trying to get this money back as I’m typing this.

I have emails which I sent to these people when I was kicked from the program and you’ll see how they reacted .. I have text messages and call logs and I’ll be happy to give these to anyone and you’ll see how they really treat you if things don’t go there way.

 I come from an arts background -- culinary arts, winemaking and a bit of acting. While acting classes teach a lot of the same principles (actors are salespeople and they are the product) I had no B2B sales experience whatsoever before starting preHIRED!
PreHIRED interested me because of the people involved--everything about the program was presented with such openness and honesty that I was convinced that they were doing good, and I wanted to join in on the goodness. I also recognize that the old form of paying and going to college is on its way out, and I really respect that these guys are looking forward.
My greatest doubts were regarding my lack of B2B sales experience.
My favorite part of preHIRED is the thoroughness and kindness within the teachings. Everything is looked at from multiple perspectives--sales methods are defined and illustrated using different scenarios, and there are a good few sections featuring previous preHIRED members talking about their process, or role-playing these scenarios.
The course is taught mostly by Josh with a good variety of special guests as well. Every teacher is humble, respectful, and good-humored--and through this nicety there shines an unmistakable confidence that is very encouraging.
If you are considering the preHIRED program, I recommend you take the time to do a good bit of research--not only on the program but also the life of a salesperson--really make sure it's something you want to go through with, because once you're in it, it's a one way ticket to salestown and you won't be stopping along the way for any pretzels or pee breaks! I went thousands of dollars into debt with college and graduate school, only to work low wage labor jobs. I knew I had to do something to change my trajectory, and the answer was preHIRED's Science-Based Sales® program. Josh put together a system that focuses on the tools, skills, and workflows needed to be successful in tech sales, and I am so thankful that I took a chance and went through with the program. I've accepted an offer and will be starting next week. I couldn't have done it without the program, and the help from my mentors, Caleb and Bobby. I recommend the program 100%!

I was a bit skeptical which I am sure others might feel the same way, but after researching a bit more on the company, it seemed legit and I took a chance on it. The chance paid off since Josh and other mentors have helped me through the entire process and also learned a great deal on how to be a great SDR. 

Even after finished everything and getting certified, you have a lifetime membership with them where they can still be a mentor to you! Thanks again for all the knowledge and support you have given me.

There are a lot of great things that can be said so I'll be as concise as I can. I had little to no sales experience coming into the program but I was tired of working long hours without getting compensated for what I felt I was worth. The training I received from Josh and through PreHired has been amazing. I had some doubts at first about the program and if it could really help me achieve my goals of landing a 6 figure career. Not only that, I had doubts in myself as well. But, after doing some research, I decided to invest in me and in PreHired. Through his Science-Based Sales training and mentoring program, I am confident in moving forward with my career in tech sales and have gotten clarity on, not only, the skill, tools, and workflows that are essential to crushing it at any B2B sales position, but on how I define my own value and personal goals as well. Before I joined preHIRED, I did not have any sales experience. I have been wanting to get into a sales position for a while, just had no idea where to start or how to start.
I came across an ad on Facebook for preHIRED. When I first saw the ad on Facebook, I had my doubts, I have seen this ad in the past. The third time I came across the ad, I said let’s look into it more. I did my research and found that this, in fact, was a legit deal.
My favorite part of preHIRED is, the motivation you feel when watching the videos. They definitely get you to actually want to finish the videos to keep moving forward. The owner certainly makes everything personable and enjoyable (you will laugh at him because I did).
I would suggest anyone to just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You have a mentor throughout the program (which are great!) and you also get to ask all sorts of questions and they have all of the answers for you!

Technically I joined without having a sales experience (I deal with 100% inbound as a PM and 100% inbound as an account manager in the past) Content is easy to understand and covers tools and skills. Examples from people that are currently doing the job. Mentoring and Slack group helps me a lot. It prepares you to perform at the position. Recommended to people that are interested in taking this career path. I like the mentality and the approach, where I could see myself on the receiving end having a constructive conversation instead of being force-fed to a sale. Confidence to walk out knowing it's not a fit rather than having a sole priority to close a deal. The ongoing support is what I needed and will continue to work with my mentor to make progress in my career.
