I really like Nucamp because I could still work my fulltime job and have class. I did not have to quit my job, spend a ton of money to start learning to be a developer. I think this is a great option for anyone who wants a change a carrier!
Had a great time learning. Not to fast paced for someone who hasnt attended school in a while, was able to keep up. The instructor was very helpful and answered all our questions.
I selected nucamp based on the course offering, cost, location, and the time it was offered for the in person class (Saturday was perfect because it didn't interfere with my job). The web development bootcamp was awesome!
It was a great course. I enjoy learning web developments and the instructor is really thoughtful and attentive.
I like the convenience, and organized, understandable presentation of the content. The videos/slides were constructed very effectively. I learned a lot in a relatively compressed amount of time. The assignments also challenged just enough to make it interesting but not too overwhelming. I like the convenience, and organized, understandable presentation of the content. The videos/slides were constructed very effectively. I learned a lot in a relatively compressed amount of time. The assignments also challenged just enough to make it interesting but not too overwhelming. The workshops were helpful sometimes but not entirely necessary for me personally (I did learn some nice tidbits from the instructor that weren't in the material, especially insight into the industry and what actually working a job with these concepts actually entails). Overall, would recommend so far. Gonna do the full stack course next.
very affordable and great way to learn while working full time job!
Definitely challenging! Enjoyed working with Henry, my instructor and learning something new!
The 4 week Web Fundementals course was great. I've been learning with free online only courses for a while, only to get stuck and have nowhere to go. Nucamp was different because you had both the instructor and fellow students to help and give feedback if you ran into a problem. I'm extremely glad I took it and looking forward to the full-stack program.
A good learning experience with a knowledgeable and helpful instructor. Weekend in-person workshops are useful.
This is my first time taking CSS and Javascript courses and I'm glad I did it with NuCamp. Our instructor was great and the class was structured in any way beginners can understand easily. Looking forward to taking the next class soon.
It was a wonderful curriculum and a perfect class schedule while I am working full time
Nucamp was the most flexible and best value for money.
The instructor was a working "coder". He was very knowledgeable, patient and gave off the impression that he wanted to be there and not that he had to be there. Also when I would run into issues he would help me work through them and not always giving me the answers up front.
Great value for money and the course is well paced which kept me stimulated and motivated to complete the work. It can be challenging working full time and completing the weekly work but the work load is small enough to maintain a job, but you will still be able to learn a lot.
I choose Nucamp because they seemed like they really cared about people learning to code at an affordable price. Which when you make anything affordable that really shows you care. When the 4 week course started it really showed, because gave me a great support group to lean on and a lot of great resources to get the information. And my instructor was great. He was patient with us and took the time to explain the information in Layman's terms.
I've decided to take this course to learn how to program and create functions for web pages, and to improve my technical skills. It was a great course and I had an instructor to assist me whenever I need. The course was truly helpful and useful for me. Thank you.
Very flexible option for learning to code while having a fulltime job and a family. Without Nucamp, I'd never been able to have a chance to learn coding!
good intro to coding for beginners.
I love NuCamp for the flexibility with the hybrid schedule. My instructor was amazing and made things much smoother.
I was in the Nucamp WebDev Fundamentals (1 month) module. I haven't done any html, css or javascript prior to it, but I feel like I have a good foundation and am confident that I will am more capable of learning more advanced applications of the said technologies.
