A great litmus test to see if coding is for you.

I chose NuCamp due to its proximity to where I live and the desire to be in contact with other students. The price is great in comparison to their competitors as well. While Covid-19 has thrown a lot of in-person meetup plans out of sync, NuCamp did a great job mitigating this crisis. Slack is an amazing resource and so is NuCamp's careful use of Zoom. I appreciated their protection of our safety even though we'd all prefer to meet in person. NuCamp and the NuCamp instructors were a grea...

    Great!

Nucamp is one of the most affordable bootcamps available today and it is available online. I liked the workshops on saturdays that was offered online where I could do coding assignments with other team mates under the instructor's guidance. I look forward to learning more on Full Stack web development at Nucamp!

This will get you started quickly

This is probably your most affordable way to learn to be a web developer for a cost efficient price. With other competing bootcamps, you have to spend upwards of $10,000 and or more to get the same amterial and with limited loan options or aid. With this so far we got a great understanding of Front-End and will be attending to get to the next segment. It is worth every penny. Thank you Frank for all your help!

A great coding bootcamp to learn and improve web developer skills without feeling like you are doing it alone. Just taking the fundamentals made me want to learn more in the next portion.

NuCamp Review by a student who's 5 weeks in

I went to another bootcamp two years back, and even though I'm still paying off that tuition, I joined Nucamp in February 2020 because of the schedule, price, original and up-to-date curriculum, and the ability to meet weekly with students and instructors. So far, it seems like a wise decision. I feel like a $1700 investment will result in a huge career boost by the end of the course.

    Front end development

I liked this course and recommend to those who interest to learn more about coding and UI. In my idea, this course is good for the beginner. It needs a hard study and understands. Nucamp is online class, it is good for somebody who does not have enough time to go to class and study at the certain time.flexible time to study. cost is good in compare with another school.

I signed up for the HTML/CSS and Javascript boot camp and loved it.  It was a great experience and worth the money.  The instructor was knowledgeable and it was a great group.  Great experience and a great value.

    Great!

I liked that it provides a structure, makes you accountable, and it doesn't cost too much. Tutors and other students are on hand if you get stuck, but it's easy to go at your own pace.

    class review

Nucamp is a great place the learn coding. I knew nothing about coding when I started the class and now know enough to get started. Most of all I now have the tools to locate help when I get stuck.
The instructor is very knowledgeable and helpful. The weekly exercises are straight forward enough to do, but complicated enough to make a person think and learn.

    Potential Career Switcher in 40's

I just completed the 4-week web development fundamentals class with Nucamp.  I'm exploring making a switch in my late 40's from accounting to programming.  As a student with almost no programming experience, I found the camp to be  a great introduction that was certainly challenging.  The format being online during the week with a 4 hour Saturday in person class worked very well for me.  During the week I could learn content at my own pace with plenty of resources available if I needed h...

    Why Nucamp?

The reason I chose Nucamp was because it is reasonable and on-the-subject. Unlike other bootcamps, Nucamp teaches exactly what you need to know at the level you are. They don't overwhelm you with too much material. I am a beginner and what I got from the course made a strong foundation for me. I found my way now. The instructors we had, Raj and Matt, were wonderful. They helped us greatly through the end of the course. Always available and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Glad I...

Course material is nice & easy to learn. But it would be great if you give more additional exercises to the members.

Also if you provide sample project/portfolio documentation , that will help the beginners easily.

    Web Development Fundamentals

I chose Nucamp for a few reasons. The reviews were quite positive, the location of the classes made it very convenient and the tuition was reasonable.  I felt like I learned a great deal in the class but still feel kind of lost as there are SO many concepts being introduced in a short period of time.  The HTML, CSS, JavaScript course was a good way to get your feet wet in coding and the instructor Justin was very helpful.

This bootcamp is a bargain and if you put in the time you will come away with skills!

I looked at several bootcamps and the cost discouraged me each time and I had my doubts that Nucamp being so "cheap" would be effective. I can definite say that the cost is a bargain - you must do your part to be successful - have to research terms and syntax if you don't get it after the videos and in class review.
