    Good value

I chose Nucamp because the price was way lower and the courses were shorter than any other bootcamp I could find that offers similar curricula AND because the reviews were pretty good. The only sort of negatives I could find in the reviews were that Nucamp is not the place for you if you aren't very driven, disciplined, or good at supplementing your education outside of class. I agree with this assessment.
A negative I have found is that it appears Nucamp may be an instructor factory ...

    Web Developer Bootcamp

I would recommend anyone starting out on their developer journey to take this course. By the time you are done with this intro course, you have an understanding of what it entails to become a developer.

    Backend Bootcamp

I enrolled in Nucamp because I was looking for an affordable part time back-end bootcamp. It's perfect for someone who is still working at a full-time job. I really enjoy so far following the course. The content is good and the workshop (zoom call with other class students) at the end of the week makes a difference. Since it is part time, we have to spend a lof of time on our own researching. The content alone is not enough and we do need to learn from other sources. The support from the...

The Back End, SQL and DevOps with Python Bootcamp

I needed to transition from physically demanding work to work that relies on solving problems with my mind. I had taken online Python courses but never felt confident in my programming abilities. Then I saw an advertisement for a NuCamp boot camp. I was immediately intrigued so I checked out the reviews and decided to enroll.
I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions of my life.

    Great Python!

The intro to Python course, which is one third of the backend bootcamp, was very inclusive; got a lot of great insight to move forward with the language in the future. Our instrucdtor was great, providing a general direction for future studies that far exceeded the course material alone. I am used to C based languages, but was a decade out of practice and had no experience with Python; so my expectations were a bit low. After the 5 weeks, I am now feeling very confident with the language...

    Hello folks!
Long story short,  I was an experienced laborer,  hardwood  floor installer, and just a hardworking guy. But one day it dawned on me  that in 5 years my warehouse job will be taken over by robots and I'd be out of a job. So, instead of not heeding to the warning, I decided to take a risk, and make a move! It was very hard for me,  and others, but I just remembered how hard hardwood flooring was, and I used  that memory to channel my inner beast and perservere. It was wor...

Don't be afraid to give it a try!

I decided to enroll at Nucamp because of the price and the reviews. I am totally new to coding. I've been a LVN for 11 years. Having to work through the pandemic made me realize that it was time for a career change. This introductory course into HTML,CSS, and Javascript was just what I needed to solidify my decision. It was a challenge but, a rewarding one. You truly are learning another language. I'll be starting the fullstack course soon and I can't wait to see where this path leads. I...

    Coding Bootcamp

My Nucamp experience was a positive one. I knew about Nucamp for a while but was hesitant to enroll but after taking their Fundamentals Course I feel this is what I want to do.
The flexibility of the course made it easy for me, their workshops were really fun because you get to meet your fellow students and with the Instructor there also to help when we had questions. Oh and cant forget about the affordability of it all, if anyone is thinking about signing up do it!

    Nucamp is a No Go

The Nucamp staff are liars and theives. If you use the loan options, they will purposefully overcharge you, hoping that you aren't paying attention to the loan disbursement amount. But I was paying attention. I registered for the Complete Software Engineering boot camp on April 28, 2022, well before the early bird deadline. Course price was $4268. They charged $4868. When I asked about this, they claimed I didn't qualify for the early bird discount because I used the loan options. This i...

The student registered in April for a series of 4 bootcamps, starting respectively on May 16th 2022, June 27th 2022, October 17th 2022, and April 17th 2023.
The tuition for the bootcamps starting in June 2022 and later had been increased, and the student loan amount reflected this increase.
The student violated our code of conduct while communicating with our staff. As a result and hoping to part ways on favorable terms we offered the student to complete the first bootcamp for free, and to refund all monies paid, which we did.
