MindHub is a Latin American coding bootcamp that aims to unite education and employment, empowering individuals through education and fostering the sustainable development of organizations. Since MindHub's founding in 2018, over 100 companies have used their project-based bootcamps to help their team members upskill.
MindHub offers four full-time, remote bootcamps: Software Development, AI and Digital Tools, Data and Analytics, and Infrastructure. Their proprietary platform enables a remote, synchronous, hands-on learning experience. Bootcamps combine dynamic learning methodologies such as flipped classrooms and realistic work simulation environments. Programs are customized and accommodate students at different skill levels, from those just starting their tech journey to professionals at advanced levels.
Students in the Software Development bootcamp will gain experience with front end, back end, and full stack development, as well as security, testing, automation, agile methodologies, and product owner skills. The AI and Digital Tools bootcamp covers topics such as digital literacy, collaborative tools, data management, and AI applied to work. The Data and Analytics bootcamp explores data engineering and visualization. Finally, students in the Infrastructure bootcamp will learn cloud administration and DevOps.

La metodología funciona
Cuando entre a Mindhub tenía la duda de si iba a poder completarlo y aprender todas las tecnologías. También me di cuenta que lo más importante no son los programas que enseñan sino como plantearte los trabajos, que pasos pensar antes de escribir una sola línea de código. Como voy a usar una herramienta que no conozco el día de mañana cuando termine el curso, y como y donde encontrar el problema... el error en el código esas son las herramientas más importantes que me llevo. Al final la lógica de la programación es lo que voy a poder aplicarlo a cualquier programa no solo a los que vimos en el curso

The methodology applied is excellent, ´Learning by doing´ where from day 1 you are being trained on different technologies. Living the experience along with your companions as if you were already working in the IT sector where you present projects, you have daily meetings, and you count on your mentors for continuous learning. This way of training has let us acquire team working skills and personal ones at the moment of making presentations or investigation tasks. Additionally, MindHub is always updated towards what the labour market is currently demanding. I'm really grateful for having the possibility of living this experience. I was given the tools, the confidence. and the assurance, to keep acquiring knowledge because there are no limits in technology and everything changes on a constant rhythm.
