MakerSquare School of Applied AI is an Austin-based AI training provider for professionals, founders, and business owners who want to build with AI, not just learn about it. Programs are in-person, small-cohort, and hands-on from the first hour. The flagship program is a two-week intensive designed for people without a technical background. Students start with a real problem from their own work and leave with working software that solves it — an internal tool, a client-facing app, an AI agent, or an automated workflow that runs without them. The curriculum uses the tools working builders actually use: Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Supabase, Vercel, and n8n. There are no lecture-only days. Every session ends with something built and running, and the program closes with students demoing what they shipped.MakerSquare also runs private AI training for teams — three-day intensives that take a company's own workflows and rebuild them with AI. Based in Austin, MakerSquare hosts community events, meetups, and demo nights that connect students with local founders, operators, and technology professionals.
