Maestro offers a 7-week intensive Product Management bootcamp offered on campus in Paris, France and online. From discovery to delivery and alignment, Maestro's pedagogy is entirely focused on practice with daily case studies based on real world problems. Maestro’s program is co-designed with experts like lead product designers, lead software engineers, public speaking coaches, heads of product, and startups, such as Openclassrooms and Blablacar. Maestro's training provides students with all the soft skills and hard skills, career coaching and portfolio creation necessary to find and excel in their next Product Manager job.
The first five weeks of the Product Management bootcamp are 80% practical learning and 20% theory. Maestro students will build a real-world web or mobile app that has users and generates revenue. The final two weeks are devoted to group development of a product from scratch that can be used in students’ portfolios. The Product Management bootcamp will culminate with a demo day during which students will pitch their product to a panel of judges.
All applicants are welcome to apply, including students, those seeking professional retraining, or those already employed as a junior product manager, product owner, designer, developer, or user researcher. Maestro students must complete approximately 10 hours of prework prior to the start of the Product Management bootcamp.
Maestro bootcamp students receive personalized career coaching and opportunities to learn from more than 30 industry professionals who will speak on various topics. Maestro mentors will help students establish their job search strategy and improve their CV, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter. Maestro trains Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, Product Operation Managers, and more broadly ambitious talents for the tech ecosystem.
Maestro Product Management bootcamp is certified by OPCAs, so students may utilize the Pôle Emploi for financing. Funding may be available through employer programs. Payment may also be spread across four installments.

First, you gain a very deep understanding of what's the job over the 7 weeks, by meeting high-level people from the field: Head of Product, CPOs, VPs,... and experienced PMs. They share their routines and best practices all along the way, enabling you to connect the dots and realize all the scopes this job encompasses. That's also a good way to grow your network in this eco-system. Second, you learn the theory but also practice a lot through the product you work on to apply the different steps of discovery and delivery. That's how you truly realize the obstacles you face as a PM, and acquire the good mindset/reflex to question and solve problems. Finally, the all team of people heading the bootcamp is really available and kind, to make you progress during the bootcamp and help you in your job search after that. The fastest way to become a talented Product Manager !

Nous avons appris tellement de choses; voici...Le bootcamp a duré 7 semaines, les intervenants étaient tous incroyables ! J'ai été vraiment impressionné par la qualité des cours et par le suivi sur les projets de groupe et la recherche d'emploi.
Nous avons appris tellement de choses; voici une petite liste de ce que j'ai pu y apprendre :- créer une roadmap,
- gérer un backlog,
- prioriser mes tâches (méthode KANO, RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, etc.),
- définir des KPIs, des OKRs et une north star metric,
- mener des recherches utilisateur,
- mener des entretiens utilisateur,
- apprendre la méthode lean,
- HTML/CSS, Javascript, Python,
- le no code,
- utiliser Figma et Maze afin de faire tester des prototypes rapidement aux utilisateurs et d'itérer,
- apprendre à pitcher devant un jury de professionnel,
- ...et plein d'autres choses encore !
J'ai également pu y faire de très belles rencontres, la communauté est ultra talentueuse et toujours prête à vous aider.

We tackled all stages of the product life cycle from product discovery to delivery during the first...Maestro bootcamp is a 7-week intensive training course. I learned many product methodologies through daily product cases performed by top tech startups. We tackled all stages of the product life cycle from product discovery to delivery during the first 5 weeks and worked on a group project during the last 2 weeks. I profoundly enjoyed this course format, mixing theory and practice daily. We were around 12 students in this third batch and used to work by a group of 2 on each case. This training is also good to expand your network as you meet a different product-related person every day. Besides, there are a lot of webinars organized by Maestro. I felt supported in this learning curve and well surrounded by a devoted team and peers.
