I had the pleasure of going through the onboarding process at my new job, and I can confidently say that it was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed by the team, and they made me feel like a valued member of the organization. The onboarding process was well-structured, informative, and engaging, which made it easy to adapt to my new role.



One of the highlights of my onboarding experience was getting to know my colleague, Jr and Mr. Shelton. Mr. Jr was not only a great mentor but also an excellent conversationalist. We had numerous opportunities to bond and share our thoughts and ideas. These interactions not only helped me learn more about the company's culture and values but also allowed me to build a strong professional relationship with Jr.



The sense of camaraderie and support I received during the onboarding process made it even more enjoyable. It was clear that the company values its employees and invests in their growth and development. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better onboarding experience, and I look forward to continuing to work with Jr Shelton and the rest of the team as we collaborate and contribute to the company's success. The process from start to finish has been great. I initially spoke with JR and he was great. All my questions were answered and I was excited to join instantly. Once I came onboard I worked with Valerie for my onboarding and she was amazing! She guided me through the process smoothly and made the process so simple. The day I received a phone call from J.R. I thought it was a scam, so I responded with a fake name, I can tell through the phone he knew I was lying, yet he still continue with his introduction. Once he finish I confess and told him my real name and he laughed and said Oh I understand. I say all of that to say, From the time I spoke with J.R. I knew I was in great hands. I felt as if I was already a part of the family. I am very impress on how fast I was able to start my onboarding and get my elevate email. Great staff, from the gate they are looking to help people who have interest in entering the tech field into a position that is in high demand and looking to make good income. Alex is great at giving all the info needed to people who are on the fence about joining and who want to fully understand the opportunities provided by elevate. I like that they are focused on teaching how to get started with a hands on approach with the things you will be doing in the related jobs.  Read less

The onboarding process at Elevate has been straight forward and helpful.  All the tools needed to succeed are given to you, and they walk you through the process to make sure you have everything you need for the first class. I wasn't sure that this would be for me due to the pass experience I had with a bootcamp. But I will have to say that Elevate has proved me wrong.
