Fantastic experience but be prepared to put in a lot of work!

DigitalCrafts was an overall great experience for me. I had Joe as my instructor and he did a great job at breaking down these complex topics into easy to understand bits. Just be warned the pace is very fast and you can easily get bogged down with the material if you don't put time outside of class. For people trying to decide if DigitalCrafts immersive program is a good fit for them, ask yourself these questions: Can you commit all your energy to strictly coding for 4 months straight? ...

    Not bad, overall

I attended the 16-week immersive (full-time) web development course. The instructor was great and extremely knowledgeable. I loved learning React and Python. DigitalCrafts also provides small scholarships to women and minorities, which I appreciated. The unfortunate downside of all bootcamps is that they are created and run to make money. Therefore, most people that apply are accepted into the program, and because of this, unfortunately, a lot of time is spent in class troubleshooting op...

    Coding Bootcamp

I had a great time a DIgitalCrafts, I attended to the Full Stack Web Development Program (immersive) which essentially means you are going to be coding Monday thru Friday  for about 8-10hrs a day. The course is totally worth it but you have to put in the extra time and effort if you are looking to succeed.

    Best Decision

Deciding to attend DigitalCrafts' Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp was hands down one of the best decisions I have made for my career. I tried for months to self-study before taking on the program, but lacked the guidance that DigitalCrafts was able to provide me. Because of them, I am now more equipped and ready to take on this new journey with my career! And a major thanks to my amazing instructor Azam for always pushing us past our comfortable zone.

    Best decision I ever made

DigitalCrafts teaches you cutting edge skills needed to get a job as a software developer. The curriculum, instructors, and class delivery is impeccable. I learned so much, but most importantly, I learned how to learn. I’m glad that I decided to switch careers and apply. I thoroughly enjoyed going to class, and my classmates were some of the brightest people I’ve ever met. Further, I was hired by a tech company less than two weeks after graduating. I highly recommend DigitalCrafts coding...

    Immersive Full Stack Web Development

I recently graduated from DigitalCrafts' 16 week long Full Stack Web Development course. The course can be challenging, but when you are supported by some of the best instruction out there, you will be amazed at what you can learn. My instructor, Mohammad Azam, was both highly skilled in software development and instruction. If you are looking for a school that will teach you highly sought after skills, and more importantly, how to learn, DigitalCrafts is your top option!

    Great Experience

I had no experience prior to DigitalCrafts and my experience was great! The curriculum is based on in-demand technologies that I feel are going to help me find a job soon. This is a bootcamp, so there will be times where you may feel like you're taking in too much information, but for the most part, I would say that's completely normal and I didn't feel like that most of the time.

    Best Bootcamp!

I attended DigitalCrafts unsure of if this would be enough to allow to break into an industry that seemed out of reach for me, but after attending the 16 week bootcamp I feel more than prepared to enter the job market and get myself a job. The teachers and career success staff are fantastic and do everything in their power to ensure that you have what you need to succeed out in the real world. i can't recommend this place enough!

DigitalCrafts Has the Tools for Your Success

I chose to go to DigitalCrafts because I knew a few successful people who came out fo the program. The program is fast paced. Once it starts , you hit the ground running. Some people need more time than others on extra studying , especially the prep before starting the program. I suggest anyone going to DigitalCrafts thoroughly go through the prerequisite work before starting. You'll have a much easier time where you can use the full potential of the program. The teachers are extremely k...

    Software Engineer

I had a great experience at Digital Crafts. I self-taught for a while and learned a lot but had no direction as to how to apply and connect the different things I was learning. At DC I learned how all these different languages and frameworks work together and got a really well-rounded understanding of software development. My instructor, Veronica, was really great and SO knowledgeable. I made some really great friendships with my classmates and got very comfortable working in teams on pr...

    DigitalCrafts Online Flex Cohort

Overall a great and challenging experience. Coding in itself can be very daunting and seem almost impossible to figure out, yet over my 26 weeks at digital crafts I learned not only how to code but how to keep learning. The teachers were knowledgeable and human, by that I mean they understood that we have our own lives and can't always make time to code.

I graduated from Digital Crafts in July 2020. I went into the cohort with very little coding experience and just completed the pre-requisites that were assigned before we started instruction. I started my first job as a software developer on August 5th, 2020. So Digital Crafts did supply me the tools and instruction necessary to actually get a job as a programmer.

Coding Bootcamps are not an easy thing. I had a great experience at DigitalCrafts. By the time I graduated my classmates became family. I think getting through the struggle together made us a lot stronger. If you are thinking about doing stop, take the decision to change your life. My recommendation is to do the pre-work mainly in Javascript and Node.

    Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast

The statement "culture eats strategy for breakfast" means that no matter how good your strategy is, it will not work without a good culture. DigitalCrafts has both strategy and culture. The curriculum is valuable: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node, Express, AWS. By the time you're done, you'll be manipulating the DOM, (or the Virtual DOM if you work in React), wiring up backends to create interactive data-based websites, and deploying your work on the internet.
