Avocademy’s core program is an 8-week UX/UI Foundations course. Each expert-curated lesson in the curriculum builds on the previous content, helping students gain the knowledge and skill required to land a Junior UX/UI Designer job in a relatively short time frame. The UX/UI Foundations lessons consist of video and reading material. After learning key concepts and best practices, students test their knowledge by completing activities rooted in real-world UX/UI deliverables. Throughout the 8-week course, students complete an entire UX/UI project from research to high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
Students receive unlimited one-on-one mentorship each week to gather feedback on their project work and to ensure they have a strong understanding of the course material.

My Amazing Avocademy Experience!
I recently finished Avocademy's UX/UI Foundations Design bootcamp, and I have to say it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The program was really comprehensive, challenging in a good way, and engaging.
What I really liked about Avocademy was how easy it was to navigate through the courses and how structured each module was. They had a ton of projects and exercises throughout the course. For some of the modules, there was a lot of reading which made some ass...I recently finished Avocademy's UX/UI Foundations Design bootcamp, and I have to say it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The program was really comprehensive, challenging in a good way, and engaging.
What I really liked about Avocademy was how easy it was to navigate through the courses and how structured each module was. They had a ton of projects and exercises throughout the course. For some of the modules, there was a lot of reading which made some assigmenets feel super long but if you can get past that, the rest of the program, especially the UI Design modules and assignments were more fun and exciting in my opinion.
One of the things that helped me the most in this program was being able to have 1 on 1 sessions with the amazing mentors of Avocademy. I got a lot of valuable feedback and advice which helped me optimize my design solutions and refine my aesthetic as a UX Designer.

Thoughtful bootcamp with great attention and resources
I've had a great experience with Avocademy so far and I think its a great value for money. I completed the foundations course in December and I really struggled to stay on task because of outside work and complications in my personal life and I really appreciated the way they continued to reach out and work with me on a timeline to make sure I got through the material. Great Curriculum Plus unlimited Mentorship!
If you guys are thinking about taking up a UX/UI Bootcamp, then I highly recommend Avocademy! Structured guidance & great community
I completed both the UX/UI Foundations and the Career Jumpstart programs, as I wanted to transition into UX design from my previous career. Both were excellent programs at an affordable price relative to competitor bootcamps (which is why I went with Avocademy in the first place), with a great community of fellow students. Inspiring, Grueling, Rewarding
This program is work ! However it is so worth it if you’re receptive to feedback and do what’s required. I loved having the opportunity to work on real projects with a manager and team of designers. Honestly that’s the easiest part. The job search was long and hard. It can become tedious and frustrating especially in this market. While it’s great to have a network of people going through the same thing as you and get inspiration from them, on the inverse you’ll want to use discernment an...This program is work ! Pros: program covers every step of the job process, you don’t feel lost or alone
Cons: group projects can be stressful as maybe all group members haven’t followed the content and can slow you down( however this can happen in real world so good practice). Sometimes mentors can provide conflicting information however if you reach out to the program they are quick to correct it.

Avocademy is the start you need
Starting Avocademy was an incredible decision when it came to transitioning into the UX/UI field. You have the ongoing support to help get you through the program. Hands-on learning with mentor support

Avocademy changed my life!
Avocademy is flexible and affordable! When I was deciding on what boot camp to enroll in - my main concerns were cost and time management. Though the cost is much less than other boot camps out there, they still give payment options which make it even more flexible. Since the course is 100% online and self-paced it is very easy to manage. Don't get it twisted - it can be challenging and you still have to put a lot of effort into it but the mentors are always there to guide you. The cours...Avocademy is flexible and affordable! The only con is that if you are a “classroom type learner”, this may not be for you. As I said, this is a self placed program and is intended for those who are able to be self motivated.

Remarkable Experience!!
Before I started I kept asking myself do I really want to change careers again? Do I want to learn something new and start all over? Once I started those doubts were quickly answered to a resounding YES I DO! Sure there have been days that I’ve cried cause I felt it was really hard, but the mentors and my fellow students are so encouraging and help you sort out your pain points. Also I know it’s scary with all these major tech layoffs but remember the top companies do this every couple of years but that doesn’t mean other companies aren’t hiring. You don’t have to work at a FAANG company to be successful. Now the question is are you ready for a life changing career?
