All lies, poor material, and lack of teaching. The only reason you see good rating here is because they don't get you a job if you are not cooperative with them.
I got there in 2020 and they still use the same inmoral and unethic practices. It's 12K€ that you should not spend here unless you are ready to be submissive and obliging to get a job. I had the most experience in programming among others and helped classmates as much as I could, but they didn't get me nothing because I was not submissive. Read less

I studied Computer Engineering in Cuba. After finishing, I had several jobs but I realized that the programming level was not so high. When I came to Spain, I came across an advertisement on social networks for the Software Development master's degree and I went through the admissions process. Once I had Spanish residency, I took the step to increase my programming level and get a job as a Developer. I was clear that I wanted to work on what I'm passionate about: programming.

What caught my attention about Assembler, in addition to a place to learn how to become a junior full stack developer, was the ISA (Income Share Agreement) that you only pay when you find your new job, it's money that you don't have to worry about until afterwards and it's a great help.

About the curriculum: in my case, I found the progression of content to be good, I was motivated, it wasn't a burden for me, I saw that I was progressing and improving, at some point I clicked and I began to understand everything better. Also, getting to know amazing people, friends who go through intense situations like you, creates strong bonds.

After finishing the Master's degree, the Assembler team, and in particular Jose Valenzuela and Carlos Velilla, noticed my collaborative ability, development and progression in the Master's degree, assertiveness and patience. Jose told me about an open position on the team, after a few weeks of selection process, I said yes!

Now I am happy to have finished the Master's degree and come out with a job, doing what I love. Read less

The Assembler methodology is to learn by doing, and apart from being a very intensive coding master program, I have learnt how to learn which is the talent I felt I was lacking when I was applying for jobs as a developer, before attending Assembler.

In my case, it took me only one week to find a job, and that's with the great help of Assembler HR department team Alinne and Manu. They helped me in every step of the way from writing a stand-out CV, through mocking a real tech interview environment, improving soft skills, and of course, most importantly, helping me find my first job as a fullstack developer! 

Now, after a couple of months into my new job, I see how well Assembler equipped me with learning methods, I mostly feel it when tackling programming problems and know how to address them correctly.

Before Assembler I took a bootcamp course and thought I had what it took to land a developer job, oh boy, only when studying in Assembler did I understand how far behind I was. 

Looking back,  Assembler, a part of being an educational institute, was to me a great place to get to know an interesting group of individuals and in general one was one of the best choices I made to kick off my career as a software developer. Read less

Assembler is the best one can get most definitely. 

It consists in a full-time 9 to 6 pm, 100% hands-on-work since day one adding up to more than 1200 hours of coding everyday and learning through real world projects. More than 30 done until graduation. The support and availability of the staff os superb and this way we really learn. 

I would highly recommend Assembler as being the best in Europe if you are looking for a real experience at an institution with a 100% hiring  rate and not just a 3 month bootcamp or a 4 year convecional degree where you barely have practice.

It was an overall incredible experience. They helped me enter my current job which happens to be the best working experience I've had so far. Although I would say it lacks code review and testing practice, it gives you the base to go out there and get a decent job. If you were to compare Bootcamps in Barcelona with this Master at Assembler Institute of Technology you'd see it has the best balance between time, contents and results. In my opinion, it's more suitable for n00bs or levels 0 - 1... If you are already into coding, this would feel kind of easy in the beginning. 
I would highlight the career services hub which covers the student for the following 5 years and also the paying conditions.

Assembler is for me not only an IT institute but also a training center, where you learn how to learn, where almost everything depends on you and your effort, the desire to learn, to progress, to want to do more.

Assembler School of Software Engineering has been a pretty intense, yet absolutely rewarding academic experience in which I learnt not only the latest technologies and best coding practices, but also the necessary soft skills to continue growing as a developer in the long term.

The entire academic curriculum is designed to give students the closest possible experience to a real working environment, with tech leads, agile methodologies and version control systems. Besides learning to use technologies such as Javascript, React, Redux, SCSS, Node, MySQL, MongoDB or PHP, you will also gain a fundamental experience on working in agile teams, and will end the degree with a real project portfolio. 

Regarding the employability of the program, I cannot stress enough the role of Career Services on training us for the whole interview process. They helped us in every step, from building a successful CV and LinkedIn profile to tipping us on how to confront real job interviews.

During its program, you will invest 7 months of your life working in a real work based environment with tech leads instead of teachers and developing real full stack projects learning how to use technologies as Javascript, React, Express, Redux, NodeJs, PHP, Laravel, etc.

The school is based on real work enviroment method is a well designed method to learn good practiques in code development and how to improve your soft skills. 

The school staf is ther to bring you the need knwoledge and let you grow with your code development. They are there to help you whit all you need and when you finish the studys they have a very well designed carrer service to help you to enter in the work market.

It was a great learning experience. I really liked the methodology because besides learning from the mentors, I was also able to learn from my classmates. I can highlight the fact that attention is paid to the acquisition of soft skills in addition to hard skills.
