Hello Everyone,

My name is Sravan chandana, I have joined ACTE to learn oracle DBA course two months back. Till the time you paid money in there institute they are very sweet and welcoming . Once you point out any issues then you will get to know the real face of the staff working here. No one is really helpful. After my training started i have been asking them for recorded videos which is part of their course but after 20 days they gave videos and that to not all the recorded videos. If you ask them why you guys are not sharing then they will say that as if they are recording videos and sharing it to you only since you have asked but actually it is not part of the course. They also have multiple teams who you an escalate like support and quality team but they are just useless, there is a person called vikram who is responsible for arranging a meet with instructor and he is responsible for sharing videos. He is very rude and he will not even listen to what you are speaking. Right now they have abruptly stopped my course sine i have been asking them for recorded videos after initially sharing only few videos. Literally waste of my money. Please dont join this institute, i am writing this review only to make sure you shouldnt be in a position of where i am.

I enrolled in the D365 SCM course with ACTE Technologies in 10th July 2025. At the time of joining, I was promised:
– Experienced trainer
– D365 demo environment for practice
– Proper course schedule & support
– Global certification support
– Proper placement guidance

Unfortunately, none of these were delivered. Trainers kept changing (4 trainers left the WhatsApp group one after another), no proper sessions were conducted, and I never received the promised D365 environment access. Each time I raised the issue, the coordinators kept postponing with false assurances.

Even after repeated follow-ups by email and WhatsApp, there has been no clear resolution, no structured training, and no refund. This has caused me financial loss, wasted time, and mental stress.

As per ACTE’s own refund policy, I am eligible for a refund because the batch never commenced properly, and I have not attended a single class so far. Despite this, they keep denying my refund requests.

On top of that, when I ask for updates, they don’t pick up my calls or reply to my messages. I even tried their student support toll-free number—the first time they answered, but after that, they recognised my number and never picked up again (I tried more than 20 times in the last 2 months).

This entire experience has caused financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary mental stress.

I wanted to give 0 stars, but since there is no option, I am forced to give 1 star.

I strongly advise students to think carefully before enrolling here. Transparency, professionalism, and commitment are lacking. Read less

I completed Python training at ACTE Technologies and am currently pursuing SQL, and so far my experience has been very positive. Trainers are approachable, clarify doubts patiently, and provide recorded sessions for revision, while assignments after each module help reinforce learning. Placement support has begun early with resume tips and mock interviews, although scheduling sometimes requires follow-up. Overall, it’s been a great place to build strong coding and database skills. The teaching quality at this institute is good. The faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. Their teaching methods make easy to understand. More updated study materials and online resources would be beneficial. Additional support for slow learners would be appreciated. Read less

ACTE Technologies give you confidence and knowledge about the technology you are learning and the mentors have very good knowledge in technology and also they guide you in positive way. Work place is comfortable to work without having a feeling you are doing extra time. They will support very well in the learning process and also in placement also they have very good success rate. ACTE is such a good Institute and nice ambience. My brother referred this institute .My course Instructor is very Knowledgeable, timely and kind. He explained all topics with great clarity, detailed examples with real time scenarios. And his caring towards the future of the students is appreciable. ACTE Technology is one of the best place to build our career. Before joining ACTE I have no Knowledge in Digital Online Field but now I have gained knowledge in Digital Marketing from them.
