I studied in the evening format (part-time). For 5 months of study / parallel work I learned the whole Front part of programming. After submitting a couple of dozen resumes to various companies, the market floods you with test assignments and interviews. Of course, the requirements of the market demand confident knowledge of the front-end. Mate has the full info that is needed for the market, + Back-end. I am very glad that I’ve chosen Mates’ platform. I studied everything on freeCodeCamp previously and looked for an analogue in other training databases. As distinct from freeCodeCamp, you’ll have more information at Mate, and it is more informative. In search of courses I noticed that many of them offer training that lasts 9-12 months. It was too long for me, I wanted to focus on the short term and go into it to the max. Starting to study the theory (there is a basic knowledge of JS that you can check for free) noticed that I really liked the teaching method - a couple of short videos -> practice. So no doubts - just try :) the basic part is free ))) 

I thought for a long time about how to describe my studies at Mate. And here's the best thing that came to mind. If I had a choice between studying at Harvard or studying at Mate, I wouldn’t doubt and choose the second. I think this simple sentence says it all ...Still, there were some comments on the learning process 😅 But who said you wouldn't have them at Harvard? :) After all, I assure you, you'll be more than happy to have chosen Mate, I'm just sure of it!* I can't forget to thank Mate for the people I studied with in the group ... You know, you're the best :)And finally, here's an interesting timeline:Birth -> * some boring part of life * -> Mate Academy -> * turning IT upside down * -> becoming the next Mark Zuckerberg.

Thank you very much, Mate, for your hard work and quality approach to student learning. I finished Frontend in February this year and found my first job within 3 weeks.I came to tech without having any experience in this field before, but after studying at Mate I managed to become a competitive jun because Mate:- has excellent program and learning process- training is intensive- has cool support from mentors and managersI also really liked the morning tasks on JS and technical checks, after which you are totally ready for any interview. Morning internships with mentors help to better master the theory passed earlier, and deadlines in assignments and teamwork helped me to be ready to work on a real project. Speaking English classes helped raise spoken English to a good level, which was enough for employment.To all who want to start their career in IT, I will recommend Mate, training will be difficult and intensive, but at the same time very productive and fascinating. And Mate, I want you to keep going and develop the way you do!

 First of all, it's about the atmosphere and the people who are always ready to help, and only then - the courses.Of course, no one will do your job, but the given knowledge base for a person who has a goal gets is incredible!And Mate is a university for the best ones 

I took the Fullstack course at Mate Academy, and a few days ago, I received an amazing offer!!I really enjoyed studying at MA!! I only have positive impressions afterwards! The course teaches you relevant technical skills and gives a lot of practice.I liked how coaches and mentors constantly encourage your independence in solving problems (a very important skill for coders!!), but if something doesn't work out, they will always be there to help. Technical mock interviews and hr interviews were very useful, they help to understand what interviewers expect from you and what you should expect from these interviews. Many of the questions that I received on my real interviews were at Mate's mock interview practice.Employment preparation is also amazing: they teach you how to compose your CV properly, they give advice about things you should avoid saying in non-technical interviews, so as not to be rejected right away. As they say, if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. Also in my group, if someone didn’t make good progress in finding a job, our coordinator discussed their situation individually and advised them what to do to succeed. Again, they will always be there to help you.Our group had people with different levels of knowledge, different ages, and from a variety of backgrounds. The vast majority reached the end of the course; out of ~40 people, only a small few didn’t.Mate provides all the necessary knowledge and skills to find a job, you just need to be able to use it to the fullest. For several months, you need to maximize the strength of your will and stay motivated until you reach the finish line. It's not easy for most people, but doing what the course requires you to do is very much possible!Also, they're constantly improving their product. I got this from the fact that sometimes their website doesn't work for a few minutes, because changes are being deployed :) I've also talked to my friend, who took the same course, but joined a month earlier (new groups start once every month). I was surprised to hear that not all aspects in our studying process were the same. That's when I realized that MA is very actively working towards improving their courses. They actually listen to feedback!In general, MA is doing a much needed good deed, helping people change their lives and become happier:) Studying at Mate Academy was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Mate was recommended to me by 2 friends. One completed The frontend course, the other one  java, both without a technical education, got accepted to Mate not from the first try, and it was difficult for them to study, but as a result they were very satisfied and quickly found a job and have been working for more years. I, just like them, at first was trying to study by myself the basics of web development on various free resources, but I understood that there was not enough structured information and I didn’t really understand in which direction to move, also this training was spontaneous, when I had time and desire, so not quite efficient. As a result, I decided to approach this matter seriously and went to Mate for a front-end course. It turned out to be the most intensive training period of my life. For 3 months I studied from 9 am till 9-10-11 pm, sometimes on the weekend. Keep this in mind, it most likely will be difficult to combine training with other activities, since you need to do a lot of practical tasks and keep up with deadlines. It was hard and sometimes I had to overcome myself, but at the same time it was very interesting. The information is presented in a well structured manner and in simple words, it is impossible not to understand. All materials are up to date. The team of mentors is ready to answer any question and explain everything in an accessible way so that everyone can understand, regardless of the background. All you need is a desire to learn, perseverance and discipline. I found a job the first week after graduation. I highly recommend Mate to everyone

Finished  the Frontend course.I read the reviews before applying, they were either perfect, that looked fake to me, or they were bad, but with the following meaning: “they only take people with a background, good English, etc.. They didn’t accept me” ...And as a person, that neither had good English, nor any background, I almost gave up, as if I didn’t hope at the moment (I read the reviews after I went through the preparation for the course, which was sooo difficult) and as a result, first times they didn’t accept me, I didn’t master the tasks, and I was offered to try again in 10 days, then I passed and got accepted on the course, and immediately all the comments where they say that people with background are accepted didn't make sense to me anymore.The course is very intense, structured and cool, and they don’t let you forget what you’ve learned before, that is, learning is different from the one in university, when you know it today, and tomorrow you already forgot ...Knowledge you get is totally enough to get a  good salary job right away, it all depends on you!And the team prepares you as much as possible for a job search, various "tricks" and secrets...I found a job on the second day after sending out my CV. Yes, I was lucky, but everyone finds a job!In general, the impressions are the most positive, and I'm glad that I went here!
