Absolutely loved the advanced master class, I came in as someone who wanted to learn more about Unity development and VR. I was struggling to find courses that dealt in advanced technical concepts in the space. The class was hard work and challenging but extremely rewarding. The teachers were also all professionals in the space who had already published award winning content on Oculus Quest. Would recommend the master class for devs looking for a good challenge

The course is well structured, with a gradually increasing difficulty.The course starts immediately by introducing a new programming paradigm, functional programming, very useful in VR programming, but which I also found very useful for personal projects. The student is immediately stimulated from the very first lessons to think differently: it was the part that excited me most.The course is also suitable for those with solid programming bases: the two teachers implement all the basic interactions of VR starting from scratch, without using high-level frameworks: this allows the student to understand well everything that is happening, and allows a great possibility of customizing behaviors.The physics part is very well explained, and the introduction to inverse kinematics is one of the best I've found online.Dennys and Roger are great at commenting on the lines of code that are sent to students, and the exercises at the end of each section are well divided by difficulty.Furthermore, every week there is also the opportunity to discuss with mentors, who are always ready to give you very useful advice and to deepen with you the topics that interest you most. They also give you feedbacks about your assignments.The course also provides a wiki with many interesting articles and various insights.I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this course to everyone, professionals and non-professionals. Definitely the best VR course available online!
