UX/UI-Design Full-time

Taking part in the UI/UX Design Bootcamp was a game-changer for me. Coming from a background in visual design and print media, I was looking to expand my skill set and transition into the digital world—and this course provided exactly the right foundation. 
The curriculum was well-structured, starting with UX fundamentals like user research, personas, and user flows, and gradually building up to UI principles, prototyping, and usability testing. I particularly appreciated the hands-on approach: from day one, we worked on real-world projects that mirrored the kind of challenges designers face in the industry. One of the highlights was collaborating on a team projects. This experience not only strengthened my design skills but also taught me a lot about agile workflows, communication, and the role of a Product Owner—all of which I could immediately apply in my own work. 
The instructors were supportive and knowledgeable, always giving constructive feedback and encouraging creative thinking. The community aspect was also great—exchanging ideas and feedback with fellow aspiring designers really helped me grow. 
By the end of the course, I felt confident using tools like Figma and Framer, conducting usability tests, and presenting my work in a professional way. Most importantly, It confirmed that UI/UX is not only the right path for me, but also helped me grow more confident in my skills and identity as a designer.

The boot camp at Supercode gave me UX/UI knowledge in the most modern way. It was a very intensive, sometimes challenging and daily creative training course. You will receive the best support from your course leaders, assistants and fellow participants. I loved the opportunity to implement direct projects and develop creative ideas together in a team and implement them together.

Im März angefangen - Mitte Juli mit einem tollen Abschlussevent und sehr viel Wissen, neuen Freunden und einem kleinen Portfolio den Kurs beendet! Ich fand das Lerntempo sehr angenehm, man konnte jederzeit die Trainer*innen für Fragen erreichen und hat in verschiedenen Teams coole Projekte erarbeitet. Ich habe das Gefühl, durch die viele Praxis und das Engagement jedes einzelnen Teilnehmers gut für einen Job vorbereitet zu sein. 

You had the feeling throughout the training that there were no stupid questions. This creates an atmosphere in which you ask a lot more questions and therefore learn a lot more. The trainers were always happy to help. I found the distribution of theory and practice to be balanced. You learn the tools that are currently used in the industry. Not like with other providers where you learn Adobe XD or Sketch. I found the fact that there were regular one-to-one meetings exceptional and pleasant. However, there is a lot of knowledge that is taught in the four months. Perhaps five or even six months would be better in view of this. Nevertheless, I now feel much more competent after the training. I would recommend supercode to anyone who wants to do further training in the UX/UI field without hesitation.

Man sollte dieses Bootcamp nicht unterschätzen. Es ist wirklich sehr viel Input und man muss viel in Eigenregie nebenbei leisten, um final eine entsprechende Qualifikation für eine Job-Anstellung zu besitzen. Was ich mochte, sind die vielen Projekte, die man durchlaufen hat und die man dann in sein Portfolio verarbeiten kann sowie die generelle Arbeit am Portfolio selbst - die Nächte waren meine 🥲 Die Trainer:innen sind sehr herzlich und agieren auf Augenhöhe - außerdem sind sie immer erreichbar und kümmern sich. Manchmal fehlt der reale Job-Bezug beziehungsweise Kontext, aber die Trainerinnen bemühen sich sehr, auch auf weiterführende Fragen Antworten zu finden. Insgesamt ein cooles Bootcamp - in meinen Augen jedoch nur zu empfehlen, wenn man ein schneller Lerner ist, wer sich damit generell schwer tut, ist vielleicht besser aufgehoben mit etwas längerem als ein Boot Camp. 

Die Atmosphäre war einfach super und die Leute im Kurs waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, was das Lernen und die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teilnehmern wirklich angenehm gemacht hat. Der Kurs war super informativ und praxisorientiert, besonders die Vertiefung der UX/UI-Grundlagen und praktischen Übungen waren top!Insgesamt war die Weiterbildung eine herausragende Erfahrung, die mir fachlich und persönlich viel gebracht hat. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen, der sein Wissen im Bereich UX/UI-Design erweitern möchte. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Zeit!

I attended SuperCode's UX/UI Bootcamp and wanted to share my experience to give some insight to other potential attendees. First of all, the bootcamp definitely provided some new perspectives and knowledge, however, I was often left wanting a deeper dive into the topics. This was partly because the trainers were often unable to offer solutions to problems when asked, indicating an occasional lack of specific expertise.Another point of criticism concerns the group work. The social structure within the groups was often problematic as not enough attention was paid to the different personalities. There was an obvious lack of didactic and pedagogical expertise, which negatively impacted the learning process and group dynamics. The entire course followed a rigid curriculum from SuperCode, with no room for individual customization or creative experimentation - it was simply working off the plan.A key point that influenced participants was the bootcamp's advertising, which enticed them with the prospect of employment after the course. These promises, supported by rather opaque statistics, seemed misleading and did not meet the expectations of the participants.Overall, my experience with SuperCode's UX/UI bootcamp was mixed. While I certainly learned a lot, the structural and pedagogical shortcomings were a major hurdle to a truly in-depth and satisfying learning experience.

Der UX/UI Design Bootcamp in Vollzeit bei Supercode war wirklich sehr zeitintensiv und nervenaufreibend. Was daran zu merken war, dass es Hoch- und Tiefphasen bei Einzelpersonen bzw. innerhalb der Gruppen gab. Wie man sich eventuell auch ein Bootcamp eben vorstellt. Stellt euch ebenfalls darauf ein, ggf. auch nach Kursende weiterzuarbeiten, vor allem beim Abschlussprojekt. Der Trainer hat die Inhalte verständlich, gut und einfach erklärt und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Was kann man sonst noch vom Bootcamp erwarten: Ich würde behaupten, dass man das Programm Figma am Ende des Bootcamps beherrscht. Mit dem Portfolio ist man auf jeden Fall noch nach dem Bootcamp beschäftigt, da das Abschlussprojekt ganz am Ende erst fertig ist. Bewerbungen innerhalb des Bootcamps daher eher schwierig. Plant euch für das Portfolio nach dem Bootcamp noch Zeit ein. Alles im allem hat es wirklich großen Spaß gemacht. Hatte aber auch das große Glück das die meisten TN (so wie ich auch arbeitssuchend) motiviert waren. Damit steigt und fällt manchmal das Ganze. Denn wenn etwas schief gelaufen ist, war kein autoritäres Auftreten der Lehrkräfte zu erwarten, was dann doch an der ein oder anderen Stelle manchmal nötig gewesen wäre, auch wenn das Miteinander sehr angenehm auf Augenhöhe war.  Insgesamt habe ich mich nach meinem Designstudium nochmals durch das Bootcamp sehr weiterentwickeln können. Würde dieses Bootcamp Menschen empfehlen, die in UX/UI Design hineinschnuppern wollen. Mit konkreten Absichten in dem Beruf Fuß zu fassen, wäre es von Vorteil einen Designhintergrund mitzubringen. Andernfalls im Anschluss in irgendeiner Form weiterzulernen, weil die Designvertiefung doch zu kurz gekommen ist bzw. 4 Monate einfach nicht ausreichen um Erfahrungen zu sammeln.

Die Weiterbildung war sehr intensiv mit viel Input. In einer tollen Atmosphäre wurde viel Wissen vermittelt, auf Fragen wurde immer ausführlich geantwortet. Es war wirklich alles super und empfehlenswert!
