UMass Amherst Post Graduate Program in Project Management

Good platform good to learn,and it is very nice  learning  experience, through online proffesors teaching very interactive and approach is good they explain very simple words easy to understand and implement in real world 

I wOuld love to complete my Project Management certification organized by simplilearn and UMASS and I actually got a good deal for the course fee. Unfortunately for me before the class started I had made a payment of $600 towards the class that was meant to start at a particular date, However fast forward to the period the class was to start I had an impromptu emergency that require funds and will not allow me continue the course and reached out to the finance/operations department and here was the response I got from them; Paymentoperations, Vishnu, Syed Hi Oluwafolajimi, Greetings of the day As per the update from the team, we regret to inform you that unfortunately your case does not qualify under our refund policy. As it is out of policy, the first installment payment of $600 cannot be refunded. However, If you do not wish to continue with us, you do not have to pay the remaining installments. Course access will be removed by the system. Regards K.K. Shrut Sr. Operations Officer I Simplilearn. I dont want to believe this email. However after reading the review and also my personal experience I will like Simplilearn Management to re-address their approach to this situation and try to avert whatever their un-reasonable action or decision to the situation at hand. I actually will appreciate a refund. Thank You
