I found that I was able to learn efficiently and retain the knowledge effectively by watching videos and writing code simultaneously.> Moreover, the wide range of courses available allowed me to acquire a diverse set of skills.

I normally do not write reviews, but I'm so happy that I chose DataCamp that I feel this is the bare minimum that their team deserves.
After researching various websites and courses, I ended up choosing DataCamp to learn Python due to its comprehensive curriculum, exercises, projects available, and video approach to learning (I'm a visual learner). I had absolutely no knowledge when I first started (literally, I was starting from zero!), and I can't praise them enough. I ended up completing the 100 days of code challenge on their platform, and even though I still feel that I have a lot to learn, I must recognize that I've learned a LOT over the last few months. Honestly, I don't know what else they can improve on the platform. Slack community to answer any questions? Check! Courses, tracks, and projects updated regularly? Check! Subtitles in multiple languages? Check!Follow-along videos with exercises right after? Check! Pre-built career tracks to guide newbies like me? Check! Workspace with integrated datasets to hit the ground running? Check! (I bought Workspace Premium). Certifications? Check! Jobs section to find entry-level IT jobs after completing their certifications? Check! P.S.: They even have coding along sessions on their YouTube and a fantastic podcast!
For a beginner like me, I couldn't ask for more. If you want to give coding a try, DataCamp is your place!

I work as a data integration specialist at an EdTech company and we do a lot of processing using python, pandas, numpy, and SQL. Without a doubt, everything I have learned over my last two months at datacamp.com has helped me work more efficiently when it comes to processing student data. I absolutely love the fact that the whole platform is built on continuous feedback via the built in excercises. No need for an extra IDE...everything you need to learn is in one place. There isn't a shortage of excercises. You don't just watch tutorial, you try what you've learned and you know right away if you're right or not. This beats all the other courses where you either just watch some explanation, or be given an excercise to never know if you actually did them correctly. I was lucky that my employer paid for a yearly subscription, but even if they had not, knowing what I know now, I would have paid for the subscription myself.

I knew Datacamp by friends' reviews, since the first thought, seems the best option to start learning about this exciting field of data, I'm learning in a way practical way, after each lesson of explanation, you practice the new knowledge. I never get bored with the lessons. Besides, Datacamp usually offers discounts in annual subscription. :)

I got a data camp subscription because I wanted to get better at coding and learn stuff like R and Pandas. Unfortunately it was kind of a waste of time and money. The courses are redundant and don't actually help you build skill-- they hand you all the answers and there is no room to challenge yourself. edX and Rosalind are both free sites that are worth your time. I wouldn't recommend a data camp subscription because it is very hard to cancel: they don't have a customer service phone line, and it was nearly impossible for me to cancel my subscription-- even once I did they over-billed me.

The content is just average. The auto renewal needs to be manually turned off and there is no customer support to call. I didnt get any Refund.
