easy to follow course with support. the staff is very helful and works hard to make sure you understand the content. word of warning, while the course is good the suggested company to pay as you go is terrible and you will get little support for issues and jumbled back and forth. do not take unless you can cash flow the course is my suggestion. the information is solid, you learn very helpful things, just save yourself the headache

I was fooled by SimpliLearn learning consultant, Nikhill. I have repeatedly reached out to him long time ago, expressing my desire for a refund due to the poor quality of the program. He kept convincing me to remain patient and gave me false hope that if I wasn't satisfied, a full refund could be issued. However, now he said that he can not issue the refund due to the policy. Because I did take action accordingly to his advice and promise, so it does not make sense if he said I violated the policy. If he says so, I must understand that he tried to fool me to take my money. It is an act of fraud. When I demanded to escalate this issue to the upper management for a fair and timely resolution, everyone tried to avoid the responsibility and no one gave me the contact. When I called the phone number on their website, a guy picked up the phone and pretended to say that this is not the number of SimpliLearn. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has completely destroyed my trust in Simplilearn. I expect urgent action to address this situation and fulfill the promised refund.

When I was looking to enroll into the program I had no issues, however, due to a conflict, I needed to cancel and request a refund. I still have not heard back from anyone. I have not started my classes yet and will probably just have these payments reversed on my credit card. Awful experience with Kushankur as well. Do not recommend!
