Post Graduate Program in Business Analysis

I recently completed the Business Analytics with Excel course, which is part of the PG Program in Business Analytics in partnership with Purdue University, offered by Simplilearn. This module was taught by Mr. Sameer Rohadia, and I must say it was a thoroughly enriching experience.
Sameer Rohadia is a highly knowledgeable instructor who brings both technical expertise and industry experience into the classroom. His teaching style is clear, patient, and engaging. He ensured that all student queries were addressed during the live sessions, often going the extra mile to provide clarity with real-life examples and personal insights. What stood out the most was his ability to break down complex Excel functionalities and analytical concepts into simple, understandable steps—making the learning process seamless, even for those not from a technical background.There were several moments during the course when I was genuinely amazed at the capabilities of Excel, especially when demonstrated in the context of real-world business problems. The live, interactive nature of the sessions was a huge advantage. Sameer consistently encouraged students to ask questions, making it a supportive and participatory environment.The course itself was well-structured, starting from the basics and gradually progressing into advanced analytics techniques using Excel. It strikes a good balance between theory and hands-on application, making it highly practical and relevant for professionals aiming to enhance their data-driven decision-making skills.I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to upskill in business analytics, particularly if you're seeking a structured, instructor-led experience. It has been a good learning experience overall. However, the session length is quite challenging—8 hours over just 2 days is intense, especially for working professionals. It would be much more manageable if the sessions were spread over 4 days with 2 hours each day.For those who don’t have weekends off, attending such long sessions becomes difficult. While recorded sessions are available, it’s still hard to manage 4.5 hours of continuous learning after a full workday. It’s not just about watching the recordings; we also need time to understand and practice the concepts. Additionally, we have self-learning videos to go through.I hope this concern is taken into consideration for future batches. That said, the overall session quality and content have been very good.

This was a great session with Sameer Rohadia where I learned a tremendous amount of information using Excel tools to present data. The tools in Macros help explain how data can be highlighted to show specific data points for the reader to follow, and important area that conveys how the data can be utilized.  Great session Sameer!

Sameer Rohadia is a great trainer, explains everything in excel with great detail, thank you Sir for your patience that you show while training us. He shares hands on experience which is very helpful for understanding the subject matter. 

Trainer: Vaibhav Pandey is great. He provided lot of examples on things we were learning. I wish we had opportunity to see real example project start to end with all techniques and tasks used.

Basically any free videos on youtube could yeach you much more than this excel course from simplilearn. While the curriculium might seem ok, the instructor does not seems prepared to explain clear examples, and we take often hours just to be shown 1 or 2 examples that could easily be done in 5 minutes. 

Geetika is a very nice coach and had fun learning under session. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING in detailed and with real world examples . we do have to practice it our own after the session or its easy to forget everything what we have learnt in the class.

It was a great learning with Simplilearn and Ms. Seema Pandey was good. overall, the session was good, some time it was little fast maybe my listening pace was slow. However, i would recommend Simplilearn to anyone if i find anyone is looking for online courses.

 The detailed explanations and the instructor's engagement were the standout features of the course. I truly appreciate the way the course was delivered, as it provided a great overview of Tableau for a beginner. 

PG BA - CBAP® - Certified Business Analysis Professional [IIBA Accredited Course] OCT 2024 batch 1 by Simplilearn is a step in the right direction for me, the content of the module is of utmost relevant to anyone looking at career change, promotion and knowledge acquisition.

I am new to Business Analysis . The teacher Seema Pandey was very helpful for me to understand the concepts and introduce me to business analysis .I attended all the classes and it was very knowledgeable to say the least. Of course since you're new to it ,you have to invest the time to understand everything . But her recorded live classes also makes it possible to understand it with much ease. Being said that, in order to read BABOK or to clear certification program by IIBA ,definitely try to understand everything in class and revise during off time and read the BABOK too. Good teacher , very professional and assertive too as she has experience as BA.

the course gives me an insight to become a Business Analyst and it's a good learning platform for those BA aspirants. the whole course discussion is great and impart good knowledge to the student. Recommended SIMPLILEARN for other students.

Mr. Vineet Kumar is an excellent teacher. Learned a lot. I had never used Power BI previously and now I feel confident about its usage. Considering the previous experience with the SQL coach, Mr. Vineet Kumar was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, answers all queries aptly and follows a great pace.

if you are in america or any other place than India. you are losing money. they make it look like they are giving you special treatments... but they are not. No american supportall indian orientated. all examples in india.so if you are okay with it than go for it. but I just couldn't relate enough to learn.
