Post-Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

This course is rigorous, well-organized, and comprehensive for anyone interested in learning about and practicing developing models using AI/ML techniques.  The course starts with basic Python coding and statistics and quickly hits the road with machine learning, advanced machine learning techniques, neural networks, computer vision, and natural language processing.  This course opens up a whole new world and provides insight into how data becomes useful information and what can be done with it that may have never been realized. The faculty is outstanding, as are the lecturers, mentors, my program manager (Yash Agnihotri); online materials, quizzes, exercises, and lectures/presentations; projects for you to complete, after which you won't believe what you have just done; and ease of access to it all 24 hours per day (you'll need it). 

I recently completed the intensive Post Graduate Program in AI & Machine Learning: Business Applications, offered by the University of Texas at Austin through Great Learning. This program provided me with a solid foundation and a clear roadmap for entering the field of AI and machine learning. The curriculum covered Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. Each module included a hands-on project designed to reflect real-world industry challenges, allowing us to apply our learning in practical scenarios. Weekly review sessions and continuous support from instructors played a key role in deepening our understanding. Overall, this experience has significantly strengthened my skills and boosted my confidence to pursue a career in AI and ML.

My overall experience with Great Learning has been excellent. The program was well-structured, the content was solid, and the support provided throughout was outstanding.I especially want to highlight the incredible guidance I received from Akansha. She was amazing and supportive throughout the entire course. A few weeks ago, I was at a breaking point — completely exhausted from work, and I felt that defaulting was my only option. But Akansha’s encouragement, patience, and belief in me gave me the strength to keep going.Her empathy and timely support made a real impact, especially during the most difficult moments. I have been in technology space more than 15 years with no technical background in services sales. This program is structured very well. It is self paced during the week you study that week’s curriculum and have the class at the weekend. Lots of use cases and real life business cases are worked on. Support is amazing. I highly recommend the program.

It was indeed a great learning experience for me. The self-paced courses and live online sessions nicely complemented each other and helped in understanding technical concepts and their practical applications. The instructors are professors from prestigious universities in the US who are great at explaining complex ideas, while instructors during the live, hands-on sessions are very knowledgeable and patient with answering queries. The education support staff are also very helpful and very considerate and help students stay on track. While a Data Science course can be challenging, the program emphasizes their amazing and fascinating practical applications that help you stay motivated. 

It was a very good learning experience, and the course was well-structured and comprehensive. Aditya Menon is an excellent program manager—he coordinated with each of us very effectively. All the mentors and instructors were highly knowledgeable and experienced in AI/ML.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my learning. Great course with good content. video lessons easy to follow and instructor led week end sessions help with revision. The hands on projects help apply the learning.

I recently completed “Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications” program at 'Great Learning'. I would say that the program was great in terms on content, schedule and faculty. The curriculum was well structured and it was challenging as well. However, it had basic and very advanced topics which were very helpful. It also covered essential topics relevant to industry and there were hands projects which helped in learning complicated concepts in AI and ML. The instructors were great as well. The program duration was about 7 months. Overall, I would say that if you want to enter into AI and ML space, this will be a great place to start.

It  has been a great course so far  with wonderful teachers and extensive quizzes which help reinforce the learning and a friendly program manager like Parth and a nice mentor like Hardik. One thing that can be improved is incorporating feedback regarding the schedule from the students. Hoping to see that in further classes.

I was brand new to the world of programming when I started the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications, and I couldn’t be more grateful that Great Learning offered an optional Introduction to Python course. It really helped ease me in and gave me the foundation I needed to get started confidently.The platform itself is extremely user-friendly. The website and mobile app make it super easy to keep track of deadlines, access materials, and review recorded live sessions—anytime, anywhere. The structure is well thought out, and I always felt organized.One of the biggest highlights for me was my mentor. He was always available whenever I had questions or needed support, and having that kind of personalized guidance made a huge difference, especially during the tougher modules.The video and written materials are both detailed and engaging, and the projects at the end of each module are challenging in the best way—they really push you to apply what you've learned in real-world scenarios. As a beginner, I sometimes struggled, but there were so many ways to get help: extra live sessions, active forums, group chats, and direct support from mentors.The live sessions themselves were another major plus. The instructor kept things interesting and always encouraged questions. Even if I missed a session, everything was recorded and easy to access later for review.If I had one piece of advice for future students, it would be this: stay on top of your studies from the very beginning. The course definitely ramps up in difficulty as it goes on. That said, it’s absolutely possible to succeed—even as a beginner—if you're disciplined and make use of the amazing support system they’ve built.All in all, this has been one of the most rewarding learning experiences I’ve ever had. I have enjoyed the course so far and found the information to be presented well.  I found the hands on exercises that were provided each week to be very helpful.  The projects for each unit were a great way to make sure that the concepts were fully understood.  The mentored learning sessions give a good opportunity to clear up any concepts and our mentor provided extra information and other ways to think of each topic.  I am looking forward to using my new skills in my career.

The GreatLearning / UT partnership have built an excellent program for newbies to get smart on AI/ML. From foundational Python to solving big problems, the program offers two tracks: one for the coders, and one for the "laypersons" like me. I'm not gonna save the world with AI anytime soon, but this was a great way to get started.

I had a genuinely fruitful learning experience with Great Learning. The AI and ML course was quite practical, several case studies were included, which gave a lot of practical relevance. The videos were well designed, small and easy to understand. Loved the fact that almost all the experts in the videos were PhDs, and could simplify complex concepts with excellent metaphors/examples. The weekly mentor sessions were great and gave a lot of practical insights from the industry. Loved the overall design of the curriculum and the LMS, it was self paced without being unstructured and flippant. I began the course with some apprehension, since this was a code heavy and math topic, and was not sure how it would be delivered online but it turned our very well. The program support was also great, and available all throughout. Thank you!
