As a recent graduate of the Post Graduate Program on AI and ML from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, conducted by Great Learning, I am thrilled to share my experience. The program marked the beginning of my journey into the realms of artificial intelligence and machine learning, and it has been nothing short of transformative.
The curriculum was meticulously crafted, encompassing a broad spectrum of AI and ML topics such as programming in Python, Data Science and Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Natural Language Processing, Prompt Engineering, and an introduction to Transformers. The real-life examples and challenging projects embedded within the program not only solidified my understanding but also equipped me with practical skills that I am confident will be invaluable in my professional endeavors.
The instructors brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom, which was evident in their teaching. Their expertise, coupled with the industry insights provided by the mentors—who are actively working on various AI projects—created a rich learning environment that was both inspiring and informative.
The program coordinators deserve special mention for their unwavering support throughout the duration of the course. They were instrumental in ensuring that the program ran smoothly and were always available to assist with any concerns or questions.

The Great Learning offers a fantastic course for learning about, "Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications." The students will learn a lot and will give different perspectives on how to navigate the current and trending technology, such as AI and machine learning. I am a Software Engineer and I was interested in learning more about Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence as I consider those are very powerful tools, and that is how I found this program. The Great Learning team was awesome since I first contacted them, they resolved all my doubts and guided me through the process to be able to enroll in the program. I can confidently say that my learning experience was better than I expected. The course content was great, the videos we very explanatory and the live sessions helped to clarify some concepts and understand how we can apply everything we learned in real life scenarios. This was a very intensive program but it didn't feel heavy at all, since the topics were very interesting and they were always oriented to business applications. I am very happy I decided to enroll in this program, I feel it was worth the time invested and it is helping me to propose better solutions at my work. I hope that in the future I can take another course and continue growing my technical toolbox.

I have experienced firsthand the power of support a program manager can yield in your journey as a student in the last 3 weeks. I only wanted to quit and just take a break( one I knew I would regret). Debanwee's support and humanness were what pulled me through a week of sheer exhaustion and lag in schoolwork. With just one module to go, I had barely gone through the week's work or even started my project while on work travel in a different continent, over 24 hours in flight from home. Debanwee Ghosh's words such as "Don't worry", " you are a rockstar", and" On a side note, take time to rest from the jetlag"...gave me the strength to keep going. She graciously extended my submission date and nudged me to the finish line.  I struggled with the basic codes ( funny thought now), but after 5 sleepless nights, I caught up with the new week's work and quiz, I not only concluded my project but completely ACED it ( 60/60). She reached out to let me know my perfect score and I got up my seat at work to do a happy dance.Truly Greatlearning not only exposes the industry's finest subject matter experts in Ai and ML but also world-class professional and caring program managers.Thank you Debanwee, for not letting me give up on the final lap. As a seasoned professional I was looking for a challenge, and this is what I found.There are courses for beginners, but if you wish to become a Data Scientist it is MANDATORY you make projects before starting it. From my vision, I advise making a self pre-work in ML/AI. So when you start, you can understand how to improve upon what you built.The content is absolutely excellent, and I recommend anyone willing to become a Data Scientist to take this course. My experience feedback is : use the knowledge they put at your disposal, teachers "help" but you are the actor of your own success, so self-work is the key success factor.I strengthened my knowledge in some areas, and as a Tech lead, this means it's very very good. 

The Machine Learning and Aritificial Intelligence program provided by GreatLearning in affiliation with UT Austin is an intense program that is focused on the practical ascpects of machine learning. The best part I have found about the program is that the examples provided by instructors help one intuitivel understand what would otherwise be an extermely mathematical subject. Also, shoutout to program manager Aastha Jain who has been very supportive throughout the program. She follows up with you in terms of how you are doing in the course and if any assistance is needed.

I had a fantastic experience while pursuing PGP in  Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I had a couple of other competitive options before keeping my hand on one while I was on a hunt for the best institute and I am so glad I chose Great Learning. It was a rigorous 10 months long program with multiple tests, assessments, projects, hackathons and what not but no where throughout this intense learning workout did I ever feel lost or disoriented. They are an AMAZING team of  instructors, tutors and an extraordinary Program Manager Sakshi. My cohort was a total of some 100ish learners and I am sure each one of them would agree on the way Sakshi coordinated and made sure all our queries were promptly addressed and resolved. I would love to reiterate how glad I am to have made this choice to go ahead with Great Learning and in the future if I want to pursue any other course I am going to look no further than Great Learning. The course is excellent, with very well-structured and organized content. The classes provide immense learning opportunities. Each week, you have new content, case studies, and each cycle concludes with a well-structured project. The course support is excellent; I use WhatsApp, and I have always been well assisted. I highly recommend the course. Just 2 months after starting it, I got a new job. I believe it indirectly helped me by giving me more knowledge for the interview and also catching recruiters' attention with my resume.

Here are some aspects of the program that I found valuable, along with areas I believe could be improved.The program offers a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum that covers both theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence and machine learning. It includes pre-recorded online videos, live online sessions, quizzes, assignments, and projects. I appreciated that the program also teaches how to utilize various tools and platforms, which helps in applying the learning to real-world use cases.The support from the Great Learning facilitators was excellent. They were consistently available to guide me and resolve any issues. They also provided timely feedback and encouragement. The pre-recorded online videos, delivered by knowledgeable professors, were easy to follow. They clearly explained the concepts and provided examples and demonstrations, allowing me to study at my own pace and review the material as needed.The live online sessions, conducted also by proficient professors, were engaging and interactive. They reinforced the concepts I learned from the courses. They were also prompt in answering my questions and doubts and provided assistance for the assignments and projects. The challenging and relevant assignments helped me improve and consolidate my skills.I would suggest improving the platform for mobile phone access. I would also appreciate the option to download the video sessions and transcripts. This would allow for offline study, for example, when I am on a flight or commuting.Overall, I am very satisfied with the program and would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn AI and ML from a reputable University and a supportive Learning Partner. Since July 2023, I have been enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, a collaborative effort between The University of Texas at Austin and Great Learning. This program has been ideal, allowing me to balance both work and studies simultaneously, facilitating growth from zero to a significant level of knowledge in these fields.Previously, I dedicated several years to being a music teacher, a rewarding experience that provided much fulfillment. Yet, I felt a strong inclination towards embracing new challenges, particularly in the burgeoning fields of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This motivated me to shift directions and delve into these new areas to stay abreast of the current technological era.My core motivation for this transition was to seize better opportunities and utilize my IT background effectively in this new AI-centric world. I have been working in software engineering since 1998. I never stop learning new technologies in my career, but rarely have I decided to take a program lasting multiple months. In 2023, like everyone else, I was completely captivated by the power of AI with the help of LLM tools like ChatGPT. Luckily, my past colleagues had taken UT’s Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and strongly recommended it to me. I am glad that I took their advice! The program provided by Great Learning has some nice features that stand out from the crowd. The video lessons are properly divided into short sections, and each section has its own quiz, with a larger quiz per weekly topic. Each week, a live learner session is provided by an industry instructor who helps review the content and answer questions. Your peers can also provide valuable questions there too. The program also has a dedicated program manager (thank you Nikita!) and an academic team to support any doubts during the courses. I love that the pace of each course is well designed. I was afraid that I would have trouble picking up statistics and Python, but it turned out that they have very good material to bootstrap me to begin this journey. I would say as long as you are disciplined and actively follow the courses, finish the quizzes and monthly projects, you will be fine! And if you are like me, ask questions during the learner sessions!

This course showed me that in 5-10 years, people aren’t going to be able to survive without ai tools. I’m not going to be a software engineer, but this course really helped me understand how ai tools work and their capabilities. If you want to be a software engineer this course is phenomenal, it just wasn’t my personal goal. Nikita my program manager helped me through every step of the process and couldn’t have been more attentive to my needs and questions. This course is expensive, but it’s worth the money.

Unlike other online courses, this program stands out with its commitment to translating theoretical knowledge into practical skills essential for excelling in the AI/ML industry. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering cutting-edge technologies like Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, TensorFlow, Generative AI, and more. What sets this program apart is its learn-by-doing approach, allowing students to apply their skills in real-time through interactive mentor-led sessions and hands-on projects. The structured learning journey, combined with mentor support and their rich professional experience, ensures students achieve their learning milestones while building a robust portfolio.
