Night Bootcamp Back End Golang

This bootcamp was intense and challenging, but I successfully made it through to graduation. It is a great program not only for career switchers, but also for IT fresh graduates like me who want to strengthen their practical software engineering skills, especially in backend development.At first, I doubted that a short bootcamp could truly prepare me for real backend work. The experience was demanding—I faced many tricky bugs, spent late nights debugging, and had to keep up with a very dense and fast-paced curriculum. The instructors pushed us to solve problems properly instead of taking shortcuts, which helped me develop stronger technical problem-solving skills.Throughout the bootcamp, I learned how to build and run simple microservices, connect them to databases, and integrate APIs into real backend projects. If you want hands-on backend experience and are ready to handle pressure with determination, this bootcamp is a valuable way to gain practical, real-world skills.

I’ve grown a lot, not just technically but also in working with a team. Perfect choice if you’re committed to starting strong in the tech industry.

After completing the FTGO Go programming bootcamp, I can confidently say this is one of the most comprehensive and practical coding programs I've ever encountered.  The teaching quality is absolutely great. The instructor don't just teach syntax; they explain the "why" behind Go's design decisions and help you develop the mindset of a professional Go developer.

The Full-Time Backend Golang (FTGO) Program at Hacktiv8 has been an incredible journey. Over 4 months, I gained hands-on experience with technologies such as gRPC, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and more, while building a microservices-based application as part of a team project. And ya! I’m proud to have achieved the highest final grade of 97.6/100 and to receive the Teacher’s Award for excellence.Overall, Hacktiv8’s FTGO program provided me with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in backend development. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to excel in this field.

Good curriculum, great instructor, challenging task, in-depth learning material, supportive friends, there so much good in this bootcamp I learned so much. The material is very updated with industry needs and accompanied with robust career preparation.

I am very proud and grateful to have participated in this full-time Golang backend bootcamp. Over the course of 16 weeks, we were taught not only theory but also practical, real-world case studies from the industry. Course materials are good and covers a lot of modern frameworks and concepts. Given a lot of chances to practice what you learn and build real projects. Instructors are friendly and helpful.

So iam a recent graduate of Backend Golang, and as for my experience since im quite new to pure software engineering and golang in general id say that the task  and the knowledge  that were given were very interesting and really challenging, also it helps that a lot of the challenge were representative of what the real world scenario would be. 

For someone with some experiences in the IT industry, the course is not recommended. Although at first the curriculum looks great and comprehensive, but the lessons were mostly guided self-exploratory. The mentors oftentimes were passive and unprepared. Most of our time was spent listening to them debugging issues that should not happen if they prepared for the lessons thoroughly.After I graduated, they did give me access to their job portals, but I haven't received even one reply in the portals. Outside of their job portals, a few of their hiring partner did reached out to me, but I think all of them has rejected my application, because all the interview was stopped at HR level. My own personal connection is working a lot better in this case, because I received several technical tests from them whereas I received none from Hacktiv8 hiring partners. Also funny story, I received a technical test from a company because of my friends, yet Hacktiv8 claims that the company is their hiring partner.Overall, I think this would be a good place to start if you have no clue at all on programming and IT industry. Otherwise, you'd be better off learning on your own, provided you have some basic knowledge and skills on any programming language.

Banyak hal baru yang dipelajari pada bootcamp ini. Meskipun aktivitas belajar di bootcamp cukup padat dan cukup berat, tapi ilmu yang didapatkan sangat berguna untuk kedepannya. Instruktur juga sering membantu jika sedang mengalami kebingungan dan meresepon pertanyaan sangat cepat.

keren, tugas tugas yang diberikan sulit sehingga bisa melatih kemampuan coding. ada mentor yang bisa bantu jika kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugas ataupun materi. materi yang di sampaikan juga hampir mencakup golang yang ada di industri

pengalaman belajar bahas pemograman baru yang cukup baik, fase belajar yg sangat cepat menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk bisa belajar dengan cepat juga, ditambah challenge - challenge yang diberikan juga membantu untuk mengasah skill.

Choosing Hacktiv8 is a choice that I will not regret, now I have graduated from the Hactive8 bootcamp, and my understanding of the backend, especially Golang, is better than before. Thank You

Instruktur baik dalam menyampaikan materi dan bersedia menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan walaupun diluar jam. Job assistnya juga bagus, dibantu planning untuk interviewnya, dan juga dilamarkan ke hiring partner mereka. Materinya saya rasa ada kurangnya, tapi ini kemungkinan karena saya masuknya itu memang gelombang pertama, plus cepat juga dapat selesainya. Overall bagus lah.

The Golang course provided by Hacktiv8 is both enjoyable and challenging. It is truly an honor for me to be a graduate in the first batch of this course.
