My journey with the Machine Learning Interview Prep Fast Track Program with Interview Kickstart has been wonderful, especially due to its self-paced nature. I particularly love and vouch for the expert connect and mock interview sessions, especially due to the fantastic and experienced mentors taking the time to coach and guide you, irrespective of our knowledge and experience level. They take time to answer every question, however basic it may seem, and that's what counts in terms of seeking assistance with cracking interviews. Thanks to IK for providing this support. 

IK offers a great program helping candidates prepare for the toughest interviews. I've participated in the LevelUp program, which offers data structure, system design, and machine learning. the data structure courses offered by Omkar are the best. he explains complex materials very clearly so that they can be understandable by general audience as well. You can check IK youtube for some examples of Omkar's videos. The problems that they provide after each course are also top notch, helping candidates prepare for the most common questions for the interviews. Mock interviews are another valuable part of the program that allow you to get 1:1 feedback with real FANG employees and hiring managers. They also offer resume reviews, weekly practice sessions, and a very active Discord group for connecting with other fellows. I also want to warn people that this program is intensive for the first couple of months. You need to spend 5-6 hrs every week on the course materials, classes are on Sundays which requure you to prepare on Saturdays too. but totally worth it. 

IK is an excellent program for building the core skills needed to succeed in the tech industry. The program offers a variety of resources, including a supportive team and industry experts from top companies. The schedule is compact and intense, covering essential topics like data structures, algorithms, machine learning, and systems design. The detailed video lessons make complex concepts accessible, even for those with little prior knowledge of computer science. I particularly appreciate how the instructors explain foundational topics such as divide and conquer and recursion in an intuitive and systematic way. This approach has been incredibly helpful for improving my understanding. I’m also gaining insights in interview scenarios, especially when it comes to formatting and presenting solutions cleanly.

I have taken courses at IK mainly to brush up my DSA and system design interview skills. They have a very comprehensive schedule and really experienced teachers. With IK I was able to learn interview strategies as well as fill in the gaps in my knowledge. This actually made me better at my job. I am looking forward to applying these skills and getting a new job soon. 

Interview Kickstart's Machine learning switch-up program is really well structured. The program has a comprehensive approach to Interview preparation.The coaches and instructors provide excellent support and mentorship. The topics are taught in-depth and all queries are clarified through technical coaching sessions ensuring that our core knowledge is very strong. The curriculum is also very well designed covering all topics in depth.Regular mock interviews play a pivotal role in honing our skills and polishing our weak areas before taking actual interviews. If you are willing to put in the work, Interview Kickstart can be life-changing. At least it was for me. I never studied Computer Science (I studied other STEM field + had some work experience in Analytics), so I always felt I was at a disadvantage as I advanced my career from entry-level Data Science to Machine Learning Engineering. I can confidently say that IK can help you learn the technical background and mindset required to crack tier-1 company interviews. Not only that, but it can also give be a powerful tool to advance your career at your current job (As I've been preparing for a transition, I have been promoted from MLE, to Senior, to Lead MLE and feel more confident at work). All the instructors and mock interviewers I came across were highly experienced professionals in top companies. Not only did they have more than enough background to teach these concepts, but they were empathetic and had excellent teaching skills which is a rare combination to find. On top of all of that, you get the structure and support tools needed to stay on track (Great support staff). I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to invest in their career and their long-term growth. 

They course starts from the basics that are needed for most interviews. On algorithms and data structures it is very comprehensive, there are additional videos on advanced algorithms that when you learn you should even feel confident solving hard leetcode problems. You do need to invest a lot of time.Many mock interviews available which is very important. Even if you can solve codes on your own quickly, interview is a totally different thing that you need to practice for.System design syllabus is also great. There I had to learn also from other sources but IK gives you the starting point and shows you the path.Coaches and staff are very supportive and helpful.Once again, you have to be committed and spend a lot of time, you may also need to study from other free sources like YouTube, but after that you should be confident passing interviews and gained a lot of knowledge.

I was apprehensive to join the course based on some of information I had previously. I explored couple of competitors. I have been planning to take the course for last couple of years and I regret that I waited this long to plunge in. IK has extremely well streamlined process right from onboarding to support period. Instructors are top notch, highly qualified and support staff is amazing. Everyone has your best interest in mind. If you are willing to put effort, it is hard work, you will gain key skills and will be prepared well for interview at Tier 1 companies. If your goal is to learn skills for interview, dont wait. Even if you are not planning to interview, I still recommend the course to gain some valuable skills for your current job.

I joined Interview kickstart (IK) in January 2022 in hopes of transitioning into the Machine Learning Engineer profile. I am already a Senior Data Scientist, but wearing the ML Engineer's hat is whole different game. The task ahead was difficult and many told me it would take more time and experience to make the jump. However, I single mindedly focused on what was taught at IK and made it happen. Before the interview process, I wasn't clear as what might get asked during the interview process for the role I was targeting, let alone solve those problems during an actual interview. However, the instructors at IK not only demystified the entire interviewing process but also helped me master each aspect of interviewing to improve my overall problem solving ability.IK not only covered the the most recent and frequently asked questions during the coding interviews, but the instructors  also taught us techniques which helped me generalize my learning ability to a wide array of problems and apply it during live interviews to solve problems I haven't seen before. IK's section on system design was on a whole different level, the instructors were very experienced and again taught us easily modifiable approaches which we adapted to, based on the problem given during an actual interview. Whatever I learned materialized into measurable results and even during interviews, after solving the problem given out by the interviews, I could also solve every variation of the same interview question with added complexity in the given time frame. I cannot thank Interview Kickstart and the instructors enough for the help they have offered me.

The interview Kickstart program has been very useful for me to cover gaps in my knowledge as I navigated myself through a career change. They start from the fundamentals and help work your way up. In general,  it is expected of you to work independently however the course structure and tutors help organize yourself as you will have to be the main motivator behind the effort. It is important to have an attitude that you are learning instead of just passing an exam as it will help you generalize your knowledge and increases your chances at unexpected interviews. There is no magical shortcut through this, but this course does pave the way through.

I am enrolled in the ML Track and know a few others who enrolled in other tracks( Backend, Frontend ). The program is very well structured, with a focus on building a strong foundation in coding/system design( ML + non ML) /ML domain, and is taught by instructors who are extremely knowledgeable. Most of the instructors are from FAANG companies and are very open to guiding the students during or even outside the sessions. Help is also available through mini mocks, career coaching,  technical coaching , and behavioral coaching  1:1 sessions which in my view is one of the best parts of the package. The product managers regularly seek feedback from the current and past cohorts which shows the IK teams' focus on improving an already excellent program.  A Student success advisor is assigned to each student who is always available to help with planning the preparation and ensure that the students have access to all the resources to be successful. There is a support team that works around the clock and is super responsive. All of the above and more make IK one of the best programs for tech interview prep currently available and I am very happy with the results so far. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone who wants to do well in tech interviews. 

I can strongly attest that the rigor and depth promised in the curriculum is real. I am only half way through the program. The things that have helped me till now are (1) the structure of coursework - you are given what to study, when to do a test, how many problems to do - every single week.  There are in-person sessions and test/mock interview type sessions. (2) support - there is a high chance you will trip along the way,  for whatever reason.  My student success advocate is always checking up with me and offering me suggestions or simply hearing me out. I have gotten whatever I asked for and more through the support team.  It is costly, but worth it. 

After working at the same company for ~7 years, I had decided to make a career transition. I learnt about IK and signed up for the intro session. After listening to the intro session & next few followup sessions, I knew I needed what IK is offering (for career transition as well as to uplevel myself).IK offers:1. High quality study material.2. As an alumni of Interview Kickstart, here is my complete review. I have gone through it and got offers from couple of FAANG companies.You should take this course only if you satisfy all of the below points:1. If you have enough time to spend (10-15 hours per week is bare minimum). Hard work pays off in long run. You might be smarter, but you need to spend enough amount of time to see the day light. Some made it in couple of months but for me it took almost a year.2. Don't believe that by just attending classes during the course, you will magically crack interviews3. If you can motivate yourself time and time again when things (life, current job, interviews at some companies) won't work your way4. Believe in doing the things the right way, there are many shortcuts out there to memorize and reproduce in interviews. (sometimes they may work and sometimes they don't)5. (For software engineers) If you know how to code in at least one language. Why you should take this course:1.  Probably it is well tested and the focus is more on the concepts / templates rather than approaching one problem at a time.2. You will meet peers who have similar aspirations. You can make groups and help yourselves.3. Instructors are always there to help if you have questions or if you want to present your way of solving problem.4. Probably the best investment of time and money in the long run for wanna be techies/geeks.
