I look the ITIL certification course and then the exam. Did not pass. Asked for a refund but right away they started how I need to complete all their activities etc. basically everything not to return the money. I purchased the exam from a different company and they provided a lot study materials. I actually found the materials from the other company more useful and helpful. I passed with the other company. I really think you should research well before you choose the company
