Introduction to UX Design

ihad a very disappointing experience, despite paying the full fee for my training i was bombarded with spam emails, whatsApp messages, and phone calls from consultants. Additionally the school failed to provide a replacement for the UX trainer whose contract had ended at the time, Instead i was offered a postponement of my training to the following month, this delay was justified by the consultant citing the trainer's hospitalization, a claim that was later contradicted by the trainer himself.Even after a month had passed the issue remained unresolved and only after applying significant pressure did the school manage to arrange for a rookie UX student who had recently graduated (to step in temporarily)
Ultimately i decided to terminate my training after a month and a half due to the expiration of my subscription on the platform... this decision was made despite assurances from the consultant that i would have lifetime access to my course materials, at least until i obtain my certificate.

The program offered a multitude of positives, including a highly interactive environment that fostered effective learning. The consistent support from the instructor, coupled with thorough follow-up, enhanced the overall educational experience. Engaging workshops and exercises further enriched the learning process. On the flip side, a notable drawback was the program's pace, which, unfortunately, did not align with my desired level of acceleration.
