Intro to Machine Learning with Pytorch

The program is going great, now that I have more time to spend on following it (thanks pandemics !). I would personally prefer if there were more statistics-loaded content in it, because I love grasping the fundamentals of the reasons why things wrk the way they do,  but I understand that the main focus is on practice and I accept and respect that ! I'll take care of deepening my understanding down to the more foundational layer once I've got going smoothly with the hands-on applications.

Intro to Machine Learning - Amazing, Super Helpful

It's for sure taught me a ton about the nature of supervised learning and all the things that go along with it. It's really cool to be able to understand all these things about machine learning that I never really knew before. I'll admit, when I started this program, I didn't really have a lot of motivation. I mean, I wanted to do it cause ML is kind of a big deal now, but I wasn't super motivated to get through the harder content. But now, just with the simpler explanations and easy going environment, I've for sure found motivation even just in that! And I can use this for what I'm doing at work, so that's a huge bonus.

Currently enrolled at Udacity, satisfied so far!

I am currently enrolled in the Intro to machine learning course. The main reason I went with Udacity is because when I was reading the course syllabus I liked that the goal of the course was to teach the curriculum as well as create a job-ready portfolio of projects . I thought this was very valuable to take to an interview. You can find the course syllabus here
Currently we are learning how to use decision trees to predict states within the supervised learning module.

PROS:
Overall I am satisfied with the course, I feel that the price of the course was on par with the level of education I am currently receiving.
The classes are not boring, the instructors definitely know how to liven up what can sometimes be boring material.

CONS:
It's online so it is hard to stay focused sometimes
