I had a valuable experience participating in the Human Resource Bootcamp at Dibimbing. The program provided me with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions while emphasizing practical application through case studies and simulations. What stood out most was how relevant the learning felt to real HR practices. I had the opportunity to apply key concepts to develop actual strategies, ranging from recruitment to performance management which significantly boosted my confidence. The mentors were supportive and the overall environment was collaborative and engaging. Overall, this bootcamp played an important role in strengthening my HR skills and better preparing me for future professional responsibilities.

Bootcamp ini cocok untuk mahasiswa semester akhir karena di penghujung kegiatan bootcamp ada kesempatan berupa internship dan penyaluran kerja yang sekiranya cocok banget dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa terutama fresh graduate. Selain itu, materi dan mentor sudah cukup baik dengan metode pembelajaran 70% Project Base Learning dengan presentasi setiap student yang nanti akan dinilai oleh mentor. Saya jamin dengan komitmen dan etos yang tinggi untuk menata karir profesional, bootcamp ini cocok dengan kalian.

Over all is good, but we dont learn about EDABU and SIPP system yet.  Throughout the bootcamp, all the material was presented clearly, from start to finish—from the syllabus to the actual content. The mentors were also seasoned professionals with significant real-world experience. During the HR bootcamp, I gained valuable insights, especially as a career switcher. As of this writing, I’m currently on an internship through the Job Connect program. I hope to qualify for the Talent Showcase and secure a meaningful career in the future with this program, i hope.

I used to think that after graduating, I needed to find a way to lift up my value in the field of psychology, especially in Human Resources. After a long journey searching for the right bootcamp, I finally found Dibimbing. Everything I experienced during the program truly opened my eyes to the career path and plans I want to pursue in the future.The materials are genuinely end-to-end, and the assignments and assessments really help us build a strong portfolio while also shaping the way we think.  I learned a lot about the theoretical side of Human Resources. Before this, I was already familiar with many practical aspects of HR, but I didn’t fully understand the theories behind them. Through this experience, I gained a clearer understanding of how HR concepts and frameworks support real workplace practices. It helped me connect what I have done in practice with the proper HR theories, which made my overall understanding much stronger and more structured.

Bagus guys aku dah cobain, beneran mantap. Worth lah dengan harga yang dikeluarkan, setimpal dengan mentor yang expert, fasilitas yang oke. Sesuai namanya, dibimbing..beneran ngebimbing banget dari 0 ampe keterima kerja hoho. Tapi doain aku ya guys semoga bisa dapet company yang lebih lebih lagi hehe
