I had a great experience learning with Savvy. It was definitely challenging, especially with my work schedule and often feeling exhausted, but the TAs were incredibly supportive and pushed me to do my best. John Puskas, my TA, was great. He took the time to ensure I fully understood concepts I struggled with in class. He didn’t just explain things—he broke down every line of code, helping me grasp what it was doing and even encouraging me to think outside the box. I gave them 4 starsIf I had to point out an area for improvement, I’d say they could incorporate more group projects. More collaboration would better prepare students for real-world teamwork, Other than that everything else was great.Overall, my experience was rewarding. Most importantly, I came out of the program better than when I started. I can now build my own projects and bring my ideas to life. Of course, there’s still so much more to learn, but Savvy provided a strong foundation for this new journey I’m on.

I couldn’t say enough good things about my time at Savvy Coders. I had no hands-on technical experience coming into the bootcamp, but through Savvy's prework and curriculum, I now have a great foundation to kick off my new career in tech. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Savvy Coders. I came in with zero experience in writing code, and they were able to cater specifically to my needs. The instructors were patient and able to blend teaching with helping very seamlessly.Steph, Barbe, Laurie, and everyone else on the admin side of the operation were amazing as well. They did a great job in assisting us with resume building, job searching, and overall course support.

I was definitely intimidated at several points, but staff is eager for students to learn and answer questions and tutor if necessary.  Job assistance is an exceptionally valuable resource, providing unwavering support in propelling students towards a highly advantageous career trajectory.

You are never left wondering, someone is always there to help you along the way. They take the VET-TEC program and you can attend from the comfort of your home four nights a week. Highly recommend!

I went to a 4 year university and majored in business but had no real passion after graduating. I’ve always had interest in tech which lead me to do research on software development, which ultimately lead me to Savvy Coders. It was the best career decision I’ve ever made. I landed a job in tech about halfway through my cohort. The curriculum and staff are amazing and it will instantly make you employable with good pay. It is a massive time and energy commitment, but it is worth it. Be willing to put in the work and take time outside of class to learn and practice the material. I can’t recommend Savvy Coders enough. 

Great 12 week full stack bootcamp that starts with the basics and moves smoothly to more advanced concepts. The teachers were great and so were the TA's. The support staff was phenomenal as well. I truly believe that all of the Savvy Coders employee's care about helping other learn. This bootcamp gives you what you need to start an entry level position. Although it's next to impossible to learn full stack web development, in it's entirety, over the course of 12 weeks,  this bootcamp does a great job of touching all of the important areas. The only area for improvement: In order to be setup for post-bootcamp job seeking, it would be helpful for the bootcamp to spend an extra week going over portfolios/personal websites and how to get a job when you are so fresh.Overall, it was a great experience. I want to come back and do the data analytics bootcamp!  

Great experience. I normally dont write reviews but I was glad to for savvy coders. Going through the boot camp was not easy but it is so rewarding in the end. I would have never thought that after a few months working with savvy coders, they would help get me get a job with a big company. 

I loved every bit of my journey with Savvy coders. From the personal touch with Dez, to me  scrambling and reaching out to teacher assistants after I accidentally deleted my project to Laurie giving her personal touch to our resumes and still keeping in touch after graduation. Not one question I had was left unanswered. If you’re looking for smaller class sizes and a bunch of great ppl that want nothing more than to see you succeed then this is the program for you!!💜

I just graduated from the Savvy Coders Full Stack Web Development Boot Camp. It was a 12-week immersive boot camp, during which we learned JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node JS, and Express. We learned how to make a Single Page Application using vanilla JavaScript, a Firebase or Node/Express Database, APIs, Axios, and Navigo. During the program, we each built our own web application (mostly outside of class) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then we each converted our projects to a Single Page Application.  This was a great way to showcase how much we learned both inside and outside of class during this short but intense 12 weeks!  At the end of the course, we had the opportunity to present our project to a group of potential hiring managers, HR Recruiters, and Developers. It has been less than a week since I've presented my project, and I've already landed multiple interviews!Each time we have an interview set up, we are encouraged to call our career coach, who is great at prepping us for the interview. She has been helping us since the beginning of the boot camp - from revamping our resumes and LinkedIn profiles, to helping us search for jobs, to prepping for interviews, and more. As a total beginner to coding, I had to dedicate a lot of time outside of class to really comprehend the material learned in class, plus all of the additional material I had to teach myself to make my project come to life... but in the end, it was SO worth it. I was learning a whole new career in only 12 weeks! It had to be intense to be successful in such a short period of time. I absolutely recommend this program to anyone interested in Web Development. Be prepared to put in the time and work really hard for 3 months! If you can commit to that, you will have the support system you need behind you to ensure you are successful. 

I have been trying to start to code again and learn new languages for almost 1 year. However, I was not consistent with my effort, I am so happy I took the decision to contact Savvy Coders. Learning in a group kept me motivated and helped me to not fall off track on my coding goal, Savvy Coders helped me to step outside my comfort zone and get my hands dirty building actual application, now I found my capabilities and confidence as a developer.

This Boot Camp was exactly the push I needed to becoming a full stack developer from the owner to the recruitment and preparation for finding a job after boot camp, they really prepare you for the career your pursuing in web development, enjoyed the process and time they invested in helping me get to where I am today.

My name is Johan and I just recently graduated from the Savvy Coders Full-stack web developers bootcamp. 
I lost my job last year, but when I started looking around for a new position, I realized that my skill set does not match what the market is looking for. I learned a lot through self-studying, but needed more structure and guidance to get where I wanted to be. Savvy Coders offers this and more! 
The Savvy curriculum is up to date and ever evolving to teach the latest technologies. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in teaching coding and career skills. The emphasis is on helping students become well rounded developers that know how to problem solve and find the answers to difficult issues. While the course material is extensive students are constantly reminded that there is always way more to learn, that they should keep digging deeper, and never stop learning new technologies and tools. 
Bootcamp is not a walk in the park. Student should come well prepared and ready to work very hard. Daily commitment and perseverance are essential for succeed. At a minimum student need to know how to use a computer, have a solid understanding of computing in general, and have a good command of their OS. Preparing in advance on subjects like HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript is strongly advised. 
The commitment of the Savvy Coder staff does not end in the class room. They are dedicated to coach and prepare students to enter the job market. Through sessions on resume writing, project planning and presentation, students are prepped to present their capstone projects to potential employers on Demo Day. And while every cohort is closed out with a career planning session on job hunting, the advice and council of the Savvy staff will always be available to alumni. I absolutely love that! Once you join Savvy Coders, you are part of the community for life if you choose! 
Personally, joining Savvy Coders was a smart career choice and great life decision! I can highly recommend the Savvy Coders web developers bootcamp to anybody who wants to improve themselves and learn new coding skills. 

SavvyCoders is a great program to learn new and ever changing skills. This program is perfect for those who are new to programming, those who have never programmed, and those that would like to sharpen their skills. 

I started SavvyCoders with a background in software as a hobby. After SavvyCoders I am 100% confident to apply for a job, continue research on my own (without getting lost), as well as having a group of individuals to go to for collaboration of ideas.

Going through SavvyCoders has transformed me from a union laborer with no IT knowledge into a Junior Web Developer with marketable skills and experience. I have a complete knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3. Not only did they give me the knowledge needed to excel in my first IT position they also prepared me with a solid resume, a great LinkedIn and the interview skills needed to land that first position.  An all around amazing bootcamp! 

Savvy Coders gave me the tools I need to succeed and the resources to continue to do so. I now have a firm grasp on building modular single-page applications using functional components. I fully recommend anyone interested in pursuing a job in Web Development to give Savvy Coders a try.

Savvy Coders was a great introduction into the tech world. I had zero experience going into this program and feel confident that I can put together a single page application using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I believe that the network that Savvy Coders provided will help me through my journey into the tech world, and considering the competition out there, this is probably the most cost-effective boot camp out there.

Attendance is mandatory. If you are new to software development, you must keep up and ask as precise of questions as possible OUTSIDE of class. Instructors use a LOT of industry slang. Learn from this.

If you are considering this boot camp, please note that doing the pre-coursework is highly recommended.

After going through this boot camp, I feel empowered and grateful for the knowledge and the network of the budding tech professionals from my cohort.
