I recently had the unfortunate experience of enrolling in a program with Simplilearn, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering any courses or programs offered by this company.
One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the abysmal customer service. The representatives I interacted with were consistently rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though their main objective was to extract as much money as possible from me rather than providing genuine support and assistance. Whenever I had inquiries or concerns, their responses were dismissive and lacking in professionalism.
Furthermore, the company's claims of offering a hassle-free refund policy within a 7-day period turned out to be completely misleading. When I decided to withdraw from the program and requested a refund, I was met with silence. There was no proper response or acknowledgment of my request, let alone any effort to initiate the refund process. It became evident that their priority was to retain my payment rather than providing the promised service or honoring their refund policy.
The overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and reinforced my perception that Simplilearn is primarily focused on monetizing their courses with little regard for customer satisfaction. I found it disheartening that a company claiming to provide quality education and support would fall so short in these areas.
In conclusion, my personal encounter with Simplilearn was incredibly disappointing. The unhelpful and rude customer service, coupled with the lack of response and adherence to their own refund policy, showcased a company that prioritizes profit over its customers' needs. I would strongly advise prospective learners to seek alternative platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

I never considered needing a refund while I was getting ready to enrol in their course. I had done my research properly before signing up for their training. But because I had to take on other responsibilities and efforts, I had to stop taking the course and request a refund within the allotted time (7 days). When I had to submit a request within the allotted period, they were thoughtful enough to ask whether I had any unfavourable experiences. I'm sure I'll come back to the course when I'm ready. Simplilearn's refund policy is transparent, and I had no problems at all.
