Frontend Development

I started looking into taking some class to learn how to code or something to get into this field. At first I was very hesitant to pull the trigger to sign up for the cost, but I am so glad I did. I have learned so much taking these course and I am actually excelling and excited to keep working though the courses and working in this field. I highly recommend taking these classes. 

Frontend Simplified has been a great experience and way to begin my journey as a developer. I started knowing almost nothing and have come a long ways since. The course material is both straight to the point and in-depth, with lots of hands on coding as you go and some good final projects to apply what you've learned. I now know how to create websites with React, and will be learning much more as I go on. Since I've started in April I have seen ongoing updates, improvements, and additions to the course material, even a newly added module on AI in the Frontend industry. Also, the mentors/support team are very helpful and quick to respond at any time.

I am an active-duty Soldier who has been a Correctional Officer for the past 20 years. My military job is not very technical in nature; however, I have learned so much from participating in the FrontEnd Simplify Bootcamp. I have taken some coding classes before this bootcamp, which have helped. I greatly appreciate that David offers the real best practices from the leading companies, and not hypothetical ones. The hardest part about the process is learning that name conventions are not set in stone. Coding follows strict rules, but class naming conventions allow customization, which is nice but confusing. Confusion isn't bad; it just means my brain needs to view, see, and process information in a different way. I can slowly feel my thought processes shifting from a regular end-user mindset to a developer mentality. It hurts my brain, but it's fun and will help me pursue my new career.

I've been learning how to code for a couple months now and its been a good experience so far! They have live sessions and the mentors are quick to respond! Since it is all online it has worked great with my schedule and I'm able to travel while still learning!

FrontEnd Simplified is a great way to learn frontend development fast. I love that it's all at my own pace, I can pause and rewatch videos when I need to, and I can take the time that I need on my projects. I appreciate they have mentors for support 24/7 and quickly respond if and when I get stuck on take home projects. Sometimes it is daunting to have to do work all on my own, but there was a section they paired us up with a buddy in the course who was on the same project as us, and me and my partner have stayed in touch asking questions throughout the course. Sometimes it's easier to ask other students for help than mentors but the mentors have been patient and have talked me through all of the questions I have had so far.      

In a world filled with so many school/bootcamp options FES is proving to be one of the best choices I could have made.  The knowledge that you learn is one things, but what separates them is the support.  24/7 support means alot.  They always have someone available to answer questions, review code, zoom call , chat .. you name it.    If you are looking into getting into FrontEnd I would recommend FES.

I'm currently about 3/4 through the course, and I must say I have learned a lot! I started with absolutely zero coding experience and I can now create websites on my own. Everything so far has been as advertised. Detailed videos that I can follow along and learn how to code, and excellent, knowledgeable, very helpful support staff who are available 24/7 (great for different time zones). It is taking me slightly longer than anticipated, but I am also working full time, and trying to really learn these brand new to me concepts. I am looking forward to finishing the training and starting my new career! 

When ever I've been hung up on a problem in my code, and can't solve the problem using online resources, the online mentors have been responsive and timely. I am so glad for this course, especially because the price is well worth it. They have even updated the curriculum to include AI course material while I am studying, and made all the new material available to me without charge. I'll be interviewing with up to date skills.

This bootcamp I find very over my expectations. Whenever a question arises, they will have mentors for you to ask away whatever you are dwelling on. If you ask and respond in a sophisticated and complete manner, they will 100% be able to help you. Many meetings are held to help those who are having trouble and need the extra help. Overall, you are not throw into the pit by yourself, you will always have help if you are having trouble apply the theory into your own projects. 

They really do an excellent job breaking down everything you need. As someone who did some development work in the past, they give you very good key concepts necessary for a career opportunity. 

When I started out on the journey, I had no idea what Frontend Development was, but since I've doing the course, I've learnt a lot and I'm quite sure that material taught will definitely make me job ready. I had great expectations of the course at the start, and I can say it has not failed to deliver on that great expectation. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to do Frontend Development. You'll not regret your decision to do so, you'll find the content engaging and brings out the best in your learning aptitude. The instructors are very supportive, knowledgeable, and their responses to queries or concerns are prompt. All-in-all it's an excellent program!

FES was an investment in my future and the curriculum was well-organized, diving into modern frameworks and best practices. I'm prepared to tackle real-world development challenges now. The support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and create a great learning environment.

I honestly can't recommend Frontend Simplified enough if you're serious about getting into web development. I became extremely confident in my skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript very quickly, and I'm sure I will also do the same when I start learning React. The way the curriculum is structured just makes sense; it's a clear, step-by-step path that never left me feeling overwhelmed. The best part was building actual projects that I could put in my portfolio, which made a huge difference when I started job hunting. The mentorship  is also amazing, no question is left unanswered and they encourage me to push passed my boundaries wherever possible. I still have not gotten to the career path portion of the class, but it seems great as well.

I joined Frontend Simplified back in May 2025 after trying to learn coding in many different ways in the past. I've taken a good number of coding classes at university, and I've tried other online programs such as Coddy and some other non-mentorship course-based programs. But I always felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of languages to learn, and I always felt like I was behind because I didn't really have a clear roadmap to getting where I wanted to be. You still have to work hard - coding is about solving problems and challenges, after all - but you have a great system plus guidance along the way.
