Front End Web and Mobile Development

Nucamp is great option for learning core concepts of front-end (I cannot speak to the back-end), and gets you hands on experience with projects, challenges, and teamwork. I enrolled because I was look for an affordable, flexible program that guided through material with the help of a dedicated team and instructor, and I found that in Nucamp. The instructors are very kind, knowledgeable, and ready to help whenever you need.My primary criticism is for the video material within the curriculum, as I feel it moves relatively quickly without forcing you to spend time with the implementing the concepts. However, an ambition to spend lots of time learning on your own will solve this problem. Also, I wish the program would have compelled me to use GitHub more. It's a powerful tool that is used by many companies, and it would be very helpful to have more training in it.Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would recommend Nucamp to anybody looking for a flexible and afforable bootcamp.

I have been learning to code on the side and have made some projects. I was looking to get certified and figured I might learn a lot more from attending this bootcamp. This was the right decision for me because I am back on the same path I wanted to finish in the first place. This camp was a way to learn and practice reading documentation and implementing the knowledge I have learnt in my projects. I aspire to be either an independent web developer and create projects that are only an idea or work for a great company from which I can learn how to build scalable applications and work with great people. 

As a transitioning service member, Nucamp is a very accessible way for me to gain new and marketable skills that I can apply to the civilian sector. For me, I feel like going with Nucamp was a great decision because it give me the instruction and the flexibility to learn at my own pace. With what I've learned and will continue to learn here at Nucamp, I aspire to land a remote job as a developer back in the States!

it was great, we learned a bunch of stuff about bootstrap and javascript, it's mostly basics, there isn't a ton of depth, but you are paying for structure and the camaraderie of working with others and it can be a challenge. it goes by fast and there is a lot to do. the reason there are so many review is because it is a course requirement at the end other course. dunno if it's mandatory, but it's definitely a box that needs to be checked. if you are anything like me, it will bother you forever to leave a box unchecked

Nucamp was created just for students like me — those who enjoy working at their own pace, getting feedback from a knowledgeable instructor, and working on projects that have real-world value! I would definitely recommend Nucamp to others. In fact, I think I want to do another track when I am finished with this Front-End/React course.

After looking at a few options, I decided to go with Nucamp.  For me the choice came down to bang for the buck.  Nucamp is very affordable and I felt offered similar learning opportunities as other programs that were significantly more expensive.Having now completed the Front End bootcamp, I would say that I'm pleased with my decision.  Nucamp provides a challenging curriculum with knowledgeable instructors that work within their field.  The instructors not only go over the material but also try to infuse real-world insights into the instruction.After completing the final course of the Full Stack bootcamp, I look forward to applying my skills in either web or app development for a growing company as well as continuing on with some personal projects that I have in mind.

I started my web development journey back in 2018 and have been learning on and off since then. Still, when I saw Nucamp back in July, I saw an opportunity to have a more solid foundation while learning for the career I want alongside a community of people looking for the same career move as me. Since then, I have accomplished more than I ever have before, thanks to my classmates and instructors.

I chose Nucamp because of it's bootcamp offerings, affordability, and good reviews.  Though this is my first module in the Front End Development Bootcamp, I had a blast learning and collaborating with my instructor and classmates. During Week 4, my instructor had an issue and was not available for us Week 4 and Week 5 (the last two weeks of the 1st module), but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the coursework and module. As of right now, I was considering upgrading from the Front End Web Development to Nucamps Full Stack Web Development. The only reason I have not already upgraded is my experience with week 4 and Week 5 of my current module. With the instructor being out, Week 4 was not graded and I am not sure about Week 5. Other than this little hiccup, I highly recommend Nucamp to any interested individuals, new/old/self-taught.

Nucamp has revolutionized way of learning with flexibility and budget.Instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful.I really love the responsive slack channel.And the community is really welcoming.

I decided to join NuCamp for several reasons. First, the great reviews swayed me. Next, I looked at which skills were a best fit for the current web/app design job market, and the tools which NuCamp teaches were the most in demand and seemed to be the ones which would benefit me most. Next, was the price. NuCamp taught the most useful curriculum, at the cheapest price and had the most satisfied students. That made it a no brainer!

This was the best decision in my life! You are never too old to learn new skills.The reason I went with Nucamp was: 1) the "Affordability"  price per knowledge gained is very much worth it! 2) the "Flexibility" of the curriculum makes work/life/school  more manageable for the      everyday 9 to 5 person. 3) the "NuCamp community" support through your journey is priceless!

I enrolled in Nucamp because I want to start a career in web development. I chose Nucamp over other bootcamps because I find it affordable and it offers a flexible schedule. The curriculum is a good start, as long as you supplement it, you will do well. It's definitely a way to get a good foundation.

As a Truck Driver and Newbee to the software development world, this course was on spot to what I wanted to learn, the basic starting point of code writing....very easy, hands-on, great material, explanatory instructional class video, and a good workshop to make you think and solve the assignment in a developers mindset. My Instructor was an Awesome Instructor, very patient, and thorough in explaining the course and assignment. Plus you get a lot of support from fellow staff and students on a social platform.If you ever thought of learning this or getting into this, I highly recommend this school and course.....very affordable and easy to attend and follow by far.

I wanted to learn programming so I can start a new career. I started looking into bootcamps because I knew that it would provide the right direction and curriculum rather than trying to pick it up on your own. I almost signed up for a $15k bootcamp and was very nervous about making that decision. After doing some more research, I found a bootcamp in my city called Nucamp. This best part, it was affordable. The price was too good to be true! I watched a youtube video with the founder (Ludo) going over the program and I really liked that he was very transparent and up front. I finally made the decision and signed up. I took a web fundamentals course and I am not in the full stack dev course. I am glad I went with Nucamp because the quality of education you receive is amazing, Nucamp is underrated! As with everything, what you put in is what you get out! I'm saying this becuase the resources they give you really helps you understand a new concept, you are not left confused and "on your own." With these resources, you have a very high chance of succeeding if you put in the time. Highly recommend Nucamp, I'm glad I joined. For anyone in doubt, as someone that hardly ever writes a review, I'm writing this because Nucamp is that good that it warrants this review!
