IK provides a nice, structured way to prepare for interviews, the content and coaches are excellent. The coaches are excellent and making mock interview session realistic and the feedbacks are very relevant. I am immensely improved to prepare for the interview. I would also like to appreciate the support staff helping the students instantly. Mock interviews helped me get better and the problem sets alleviated the need for me to source problems externally. If you want to prepare for FAANG interviews, this course is very helpful.

I came to InterviewKickStart with a goal to understand and prepare myself for interviews. The course Is so wisely designed that I ended up becoming a good professional in due course. Interview Kickstart team helped me learn a lot of information that I was not aware of before. I feel really good in terms of System Design and my leadership skills. I was not able to uplevel my job because of the market right now but I am confident that I will be able to do that in future.The best thing for me was the mock interviews. That really helped me a ton.

IK is still growing in a few parts and is already very strong in a few courses. So be mindful before picking the courses. The course content is good but to get the best out of it, first know your goals(Jobs you are targeting) and then map them to the courses. For example, I underwent a few pain points with the course content, mapped them to my desired jobs in the market, and observed a gap in course content. Still, I needed to catch up by then as I had already joined the program, and Aashi came in and changed the game through her support in working out a plan I drafted and making it work. But, of course, the management is also equally open and understanding. 

The Coding and System design classes were amazing. Instructors were very knowledgable, came well prepared for the session and patiently answered all the questions. Similar feedback about the Behavioral Interview sessions. I thought the managers teaching these sessions had a wealth of real world experience. The course material for the technical stuff itself was very well prepared with the foundational material going into a lot of necessary detail. I felt this was the most valuable part of the course. It created a structure around what to study. Mock interviews at the end of the day are the most useful and there are ample to get good practice. On the Job assistance side i felt that the course was somewhat lacking. I didnt really aim for too many companies just Facebook, Amazon and Google. I didn't get much constructive feedback on my resume, linkedin profile or how i can land interviews in these companies. In addition there was very little help on offer negotiation. hence the 3 stars but the rest of the course pretty much was spot on.

I took the Interview Kickstart program in August 2022. I have had a 2.5 decade career and have interviewed many a candidate during my time. The course not only was a great refresher to many of the concepts I had learned in Engineering School and as a Graduate student of Computer Science, but it also taught me a whole lot about interviewing and gave me skills that I can use in my job. The content is very good and is taught my knowledgeable staff. There is also a lot of support provided with career and technical coaching taught by people in reputable companies. The Operations Team quickly answers questions and provides excellent support.  I wish I had taken this course many years ago. Thank You IK!!!
