Avoid Simplilearn at All Costs – Terrible Experience and Unreliable Service!I enrolled in Simplilearn's Digital Marketing course in March 2020, but I canceled it the same month. They promised to cancel the course and stop the EMI payments, which they did. However, the outstanding balance of ₹53,000 still remains. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have refused to resolve this issue and keep offering complimentary services instead of canceling the loan as promised.I’ve filed complaints with several authorities:1. RBI Complaint No.: N2025260230381582. CPGRAMS Complaint No.: DEABD/E/2025/00216823. National Consumer Helpline Docket No.: 69868534. SACHET Complaint No.: MAH25041137I’m now moving forward with legal action in consumer court.Additionally, Simplilearn has now blocked my number from contacting their customer care. They seem to be intentionally avoiding accountability. I warn anyone considering Simplilearn that they will likely face the same treatment. They do not care about their customers and are more interested in forcing services on you rather than honoring their promises.I strongly advise against joining Simplilearn. Best guide with good knowledge in subject and all the doubts clearly solved we are into learning new things out of web.. The only thing is the classes are on weekends with 3 hours at a stretch which makes oneself bored to sit a back for a long time. We appreciate the guide speaking on for a long time that too 3 long hours. The Course covers this starting SEO part and we need to submit the project for the Same.
