My experience with the JanBask Training Data Science Boot Camp was outstanding. The course was well-structured, starting from the fundamentals and gradually moving into advanced concepts like machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics. The instructors were industry experts who explained complex topics with real-world examples, making learning engaging and practical. I especially appreciated the hands-on projects, which allowed me to apply my skills to real datasets and build a strong portfolio. The support team was responsive, and the career guidance sessions helped me prepare for job interviews with confidence. Thanks to JanBask, I now feel equipped with the skills and knowledge to pursue a successful career in Data Science. 

I contacted this company in March 2025 for Tableau training. They promised the world and sent me a 5 page word document that had all the possible functionalities and features of Tableau. They took the entire course fee upfront and two weeks later when the training started, the instructor could barely speak English. I was the only student in the session.The next day I called and asked for refund. The guy who sold me the training went on “medical leave” and another guy spoke to me. He pleaded with me on the phone so much to give another chance and that he would make everything perfect. I decided to give them another chance and this was the biggest mistake I made. The second instructor also was mediocre and he claimed he was in Austin, TX. But his phone number is Indian phone number. There was no access to Tableau and the company asked me to initially work with the trial version while their “other departments” worked on getting me the license. After two weeks when the trial version ended they did not get me access to Tableau, when I complained the guy said I have to pay for the product license even though they promised two months of Tableau license, he said he cannot do anything and that I can go ahead and do whatever I want. I have decided to file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Save your money and don’t go through what I went through with this company. I lost the entire course fee and there was no training given other that two weeks of very basic Tableau prep and I felt like he was just reading from the manual.
